It was a pleasure to work with the Boyer Building team on our three-season porch. Tim understood what we wanted and he and Kimberly produced a design that said yes to our vision. Throughout the process we had excellent daily communication with Gaetan, the field manager, and Bill, project manager. The quality of the design, materials, and workmanship was superb. The building site was kept clean and safe. Bill and/or Gaetan visited the site on a daily basis to supervise the project. Joe, one of the carpenters, saw an opportunity to improve the design and discussed it with us, Gaetan, and Bill. We all agreed with the changes and they were implemented. We are very pleased with our porch and use it almost every day during the spring, summer, and fall. This is our second experience working with Boyer Building. They are very easy to work with and produce excellent results. We highly recommend their services.

From day one, the team was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and offered helpful suggestions along the way to make the design even better. The workmanship is outstanding — everything was finished to a really high standard, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. Everyone on the team was polite and respectful while working in our home. What we appreciated most was how smooth the whole process felt. Any little questions or changes were handled quickly, and the project stayed on track from start to finish. That doesn't mean we didn't have some stressful moments but the team at Boyer was fantastic at providing us with the best information to help us make the decisions. We couldn’t be more pleased with the incredible work Boyer did on our home. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and handled with a level of care and attention to detail that truly stood out. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the quality of the finished product speaks for itself. Our whole-home remodel came with significant challenges even before construction began: - We were working against a firm timeline. - The scope included a completely reimagined floor plan along with the addition of new livable space. - The engineering needed to accommodate the existing footprint and a striking floating staircase was complex. - Construction would span the late fall, winter, and early spring months. - And throughout it all, our family would be living out of state. Despite these factors, Boyer approached the project with confidence and professionalism from day one. In fact, we began working with them even before we had officially closed on the property. As we collaborated on the floor plan, Boyer proactively engaged with the City to understand zoning limitations and potential roadblocks. Thanks to their diligence, we were able to design within the existing footprint and building height—avoiding the need for variances and eliminating major unknowns from the timeline. Project management and execution were seamless. Boyer utilized Buildertrend, a cloud-based construction management platform, to keep everything organized. Through this, we received clear timelines, daily updates, progress photos, and ongoing communication—keeping us informed and reassured, even from hundreds of miles away. Technically, this was a remodel—but if you saw the before and during photos, you’d think we built a brand-new home from the ground up. The transformation is nothing short of amazing, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. A huge thank you to the entire team at Boyer! We’re grateful for the experience and look forward to working together again in the future.

We recently completed a "forced remodel" due to a massive water "event" which affected all three levels of our home. After submitting the claim to our insurance company, we realized that this was going to be a very complex repair and at the same time an opportunity to fix some things about our home that became evident as we examined what needed repair and what adjacent areas would look like after that. We had hired a water mitigation contractor to do the work, and at the last minute, just days before they were to start, they bailed and said it was too complicated. I called Boyer Building as they had been doing work in our area for decades with a great reputation and within one day Joe F. came out and examined everything and said to me: "We will take of you" Within the following week he had every subcontractor specialty out to look at every aspect of our complicated repair. We have an old house, with previous DIY done in some areas. They started the work in earnest and within a few weeks as was estimated, the majority of the work was done within about 8 weeks. From Bill who was our project manager, who was on site almost every day managing every detail, to Joe who was an expert with demo and rebuilding, trim work, removing and re installing multiple built-in closets and everything else imageable it is like we have a new home! Every specialty sub-contractor was needed in this repair, requiring multiple visits to complete and it was amazing how smoothly things worked. We had our kitchen, three bathrooms and an entire basement remodeled. Nothing but praises from us for Boyer Building! They rescued us from a difficult situation, worked with insurance, was timely, helped to creatively fix complex issues and stayed until completion. Many thanks!

We used Boyer for our Kitchen remodel and could not be more happy with their work. We had renovations done with another reputable company in the area prior to finding Boyer and were disappointed with their communication, timeliness, professionalism, and outcomes. We were blessed enough to find Boyer for our last and most important project, the heart of the house, the kitchen. Boyer is the 4th remodeling company we have used between our last house and our current home, my only regret about finding them is that we didn't find them soon enough. We would have done all the projects with Boyer if we knew of them. They are superior to any other remodeling company we have worked with in many ways. At the start of the project, Cherie was the point of contact and we were very impressed by her attention to detail, fantastic ideas, ability to convert our unorganized ideas into concrete plans, and all around demeanor. We felt in good hands right away. We stayed well taken care of all of the way through the project. Keith, the field supervisor, was always involved and one step ahead of everything to ensure unexpected surprises do not arise. Chris, the project manager, was not only organized and very helpful in every way, she made sure we were updated and kept in the loop exactly the right way. Her communication during the project was invaluable. The many workers that entered our home were professional, on time always, a pleasure to have gotten to know, and just great humans. Joe, the "do it all guy" for Boyer, is incredibly talented. The results of his work are all excellent. Ashton, the electrician, is brilliant at what he does. Alan, the painter, was thorough and very conscientious to detail. The many people not mentioned were all very much appreciated. I could not recommend this company enough. With any future projects, our first and last call will be to Boyer. We thank Boyer for creating such a great team, we feel very fortunate to have found them.

After living in our house for over 30 years (and having done many projects during that time), we decided it was time for a major update and a serious remodeler. We started talking with Boyer and decided not to talk with anyone else. We changed every piece of trim, every door, all of the flooring in addition to expanding our dining room, changing our stairway railing, turning our powder bath into a much needed pantry, a kitchen redo, and bumping out into our oversized garage to create a new 3/4 bath and back hall closet. Boyer found solutions to fix and address everything we wanted to change after so many years. Even though we kept adding to the scope of work during the project, Boyer was able to manage the project and still complete it on time. We learned that a reputable builder also has good subs and they were key to taking care of all of the details. And a good builder keeps you informed of issues and updates and we always knew how things were moving along. Everyone always asks if you are still satisfied with your contractor. The answer is Yes! and I would use them again. They are a great team to work with.

When we were looking for a contractor for our large remodel project, we met with three different local contractors. While each contractor would have done a fine job, we clearly saw that Boyer Building Corporation would do excellent work on every level! They had longevity and experience, a long list of reputable references, a stunning portfolio, and great relationships within the community. We found the team at Boyer to be kind, knowledgeable, reliable, wise, and skilled communicators. It was a clear decision for us to work with Boyer! During a large remodel project, our family routine was important to us, and Boyer helped us establish a “temporary kitchen” to help maintain some normalcy during our kitchen remodel. They also remained in excellent communication about daily start and end times for workers. While we had a variety of workers in our home during the course of the project, each Boyer Building Corporation team member and subcontractor worker treated us with respect and kindness. Everyone worked together to complete high quality craftsmanship. Tim was our sales manager, and he faithfully answered all of our questions, helped us with the budget, and was a great resource to us throughout the project. Our field manager, Keith, was helpful, knowledgeable, wise, and easy to work with. He checked in frequently, helped troubleshoot potential issues, offered valuable input, and managed the subcontractors with friendliness and ease. He always made us feel like our project was the only project he was managing, though we know he works with multiple projects at one time. Our lead carpenter, Joe, was a kind and steady worker who did excellent, meticulous work on our home! It was amazing to see what he could accomplish in one day. Our project manager, Chris, was very on top of all the details of selections, scheduling, and communication – she didn’t miss a beat! We especially appreciated seeing calendars and timelines throughout the project to help us anticipate what was next. We are thrilled with the finished product – clean, warm, welcoming, functional, beautiful spaces that turned out even better than we could have hoped for! The team at Boyer provided excellent support from the beginning of our remodeling project. Cherie helped guide our design decisions and provided outstanding support and suggestions to ensure our needs were met from beginning to end. She is a tremendous asset! Our project manager Chris provided weekly updates, addressed any questions we had quickly, and provided excellent direction to the construction team. Our onsite team, led by Sean with able support from Keith, worked daily to ensure the timely completion of tasks and communicated frequently with us to make sure we always knew the project’s status. They also brought up issues as they were encountered and worked with us to resolve them quickly. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The project was completed on time and on budget. I recently had a wonderful time working with Boyer on a unique project for my family's horse farm. We have very large horses and needed help building hay feeders that would safely accommodate the horses' heights while holding up year round to Minnesota's severe weather. Every representative I worked with at Boyer communicated clearly, responded promptly, and was genuinely interested in providing top notch service. My ideas were treated with respect (something I don't often experience as a young female operating a business) and every modification or suggested improvement to the project was presented to me first before action was taken. I would encourage anyone with an out of the box project to reach out to Boyer to see what's possible. I personally would not hesitate to use Boyer again!
