My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Brandi Bernardino Designs is a San Diego interior design studio with over 20 years of industry experience and nearly a decade running her own firm. Brandi Bernardino Designs specializes in full home interior design, kitchen and bathroom remodel design and thoughtfully curated living spaces, each project begins with a strong focus on space planning functionality and selections of material and furnishing that reflect each client’s lifestyle from initial design concept and mood boards to material selections, furniture, sourcing, and install installation. Brandi Bernardino guides client's through every phase of the design process. She frequently collaborates with contractors and builders during the remodel and renovation to ensure the design vision is carried through seamlessly her work spans from a range of styles, including modern, traditional and relaxed, coastal inspired interiors, always focused on timeless design and livable spaces that feel both elevated and comfortable.

Working with Brandi was an absolute dream. She has an incredible eye for style and effortlessly blended high-end statement pieces with more affordable finds to create a space that feels both elevated and livable. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my home since the redesign, and I truly couldn’t have done it without her. Brandi was instrumental in every aspect of our living room and kitchen remodel. She coordinated the contractors, vendors, and suppliers. She is a great communicator, and kept us involved at every decision point in the project. She helped us save thousands of dollars by ensuring contractors were providing competitive quotes and identifying quality and cost-effective tiles, appliances, cabinets, and more. We love you Brandi!
