Infinity Custom Homes, LP

Based upon our experience living in this home, Infinity has failed us at every turn and I could not discourage anyone enough from using this builder!

We have been in our Infinity Custom Home for 3 years. I absolutely love our home. It’s large and spacious with beautiful detail. The perfect home to host gatherings! The building process was great and everyone was lovely to work with. All of the finish work was completed by people from the Amish community and it’s beautiful. I would absolutely build with Infinity again, though I hope to never leave our home.

Infinity builds beautiful homes. It’s easy to want to build with them after seeing their beautiful model homes. But don’t let them fool you. Your house will be a rush job. Poor insulation. Poor painting job. Poor caulking job. Major settling issues causing cracking within the first few months. Cheaper furnace issues installed to save penny’s. Infinity only cares if you’re building a multi million dollar home. Objects stuck under our carpets that we feel when we walk. Terrible electric work. It takes weeks to hear back from someone to get something fixed. Probably to push things out to hit that 1 year warranty. It feels like every week we are learning about a new problem. For the price you pay for these homes, i would NOT recommend Infinity homes to anyone. We have only lived in our home for 7 months and have already had all of these problems happen.

We looked and dreamed about getting an infinity home for 7 years. We finally purchased an existing one summer 2021 and were so excited! We fell in LOVE with all the beautiful finishing touches of infinity. I studied all the differences with them vs competitors for years- I did my research!! I can not express how disappointed I am after making it through the first almost year in our new home. We spent almost double the cost of our old house even though we only gained a little extra in square footage, but did that knowing infinity is high quality and energy star (old house wasn’t). We have not experienced the luxury we were expecting. Our heating bill has over doubled with not too much larger of a house (I know inflation but that accounts for 30% according to a Forbes article not more than double). So we’ve had energy audits done to find out what we can fix and have learned that insulation isn’t as high of R rating as it should be for this area. We also have found that the insulation in the living space over the garage is really doing nothing because it wasn’t placed correctly. Then lastly learning that the reason our master doesn’t get hardly any heat or ac is due to potentially putting too many vents in the house for the size of the unit and duct run. The only way we can fix this is install a costly second unit in the attic which will only cause even higher gas/electric bills and more money out of our pocket when we already paid more to upgrade to this builder. So heartbroken.

We love Infinity Custom Homes! They do amazing work around the city and are very professional and reliable. We highly suggest them for any home building needs!

Now that we're pretty much settled into our new Infinity Custom Home, we wanted to say thank you for building us a beautiful house. We absolutely love everything about it! Our process from beginning to end was wonderful! Not only did we gain a new home, but many new friends that are part of the ICH team.
