On time. On budget. ON POINT! I interviewed 3 different contractors for my renovation and chose Castlewood for their portfolio of high quality work at reasonable prices. This was a collaboration from start to finish with expert guidance from Todd on not only what we should update, but also what was not worth changing. Sandra was my design wing woman, guiding me through every selection to ensure a cohesive design throughout the house. Her impeccable eye for detail helped us make some bold choices on color with confidence. Bill, the super, brought discipline to the project and managed the trades to get in and out and finish on time. The end result is a beautifully renovated home that we will cherish for years. With transparency in pricing and clear budgets for the various selections and finishes, I was able to manage the budget and choose when to go over or under, add or subtract, ultimately coming in right on target. Highly recommend for new construction or whole house renovation.

Castlewood built a custom home for me in Bethesda, MD. I was really happy with the final outcome and quality. It was done on time and within budget as well. They were very consultative on design and materials (interior and exterior) and also have strong relationships with suppliers that balance high quality with costs (e.g., granite options, cabinets, fireplaces, stonework, windows, electrical/electronics). The follow-up post settlement / post 30-day list has been exceptional. I'd recommend Castlewood and would use them again in the future.
