Stay away from Crystal Creek Homes. I am sharing my terrible experience with Crystal Creek Homes to worn people before they plan buying a house. The quality of the houses they are building is very poor. They don’t honour the warranties and promises to fix any kind of problems before selling and handing it over to customer. They will find all kind of excuses rather than addressing the real concerns. Their service team is very unprofessional, unhelpful and trained for just to argue with the customers (rather than addressing the customer concerns). Their warranties guys rude, unprofessional and will only argue with you rather than addressing the issues. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this builder’s repute and was trapped. We found numerous problems in our recent purchase after moving in, and nothing is being resolved. And the efforts are put in arguing, denying, rather than fixing the actual problems at my house, problems ranging from cracked walls, windows peeling paint, bathroom tiles making noise and so many other issues.

Not a good home builder they play game with me trolling for 1 year after 1 year they said your warranty is expired so cant fixed your damages which all damages happened within warranty but delayed for 2 years by saying we are doing next summer

We love the work this firm did in designing the "Bobier Residence," which featured an amazing wine room with VintageView wine racks. The wine cellar is beautifully built with custom wooden cabinets and glass doors. They understand how to mix textures and designs to create a luxury home.
