I was intimidated going into my first-ever renos, but Joe and Farrah made it a smooth and manageable process for me from start to end. They respected my ideas, helping weigh out pros/cons without being pushy. Their approach to communication and project management is outstanding -- they use a shared spreadsheet and Houzz dashboard to track decisions, budgets, and progress, and they sent me detailed updates on video when we couldn’t meet in person. Their transparency meant I always knew exactly where things stood. The reno workmanship and attention to detail are superb -- I am so happy with the changes, big and small alike. And the team treated my home with care, tidying up after every shift and going the extra mile to protect surrounding areas like the hall and doorway outside my condo unit! We are so happy we found Cedarstone for our home Reno! My wife and i met with several contracts to find the right one for our main floor and upstairs renovation of our home. Of the 5 contractors we interviewed, Farah and Joe immediately stood out. After our initial discussion they booked a follow up and came to this meeting with ideas, renderings, examples of their work and rough estimates based on our discussions with them. There attention to detail, experience, and organization is what we were looking for. From the outset of the project they were extremely organized, laying out key decision dates, providing a schedule to follow and meeting weekly in person to discuss progress, next steps and upcoming important dates. While no project goes exactly to plan, Cedarstone was able to react to changes quickly and continue to make progress. We are so happy with our new home and all the work their team did for us. We would absolutely, 100% recommend them to anybody who is looking for a reliable, honest and EXCELLENT team for their renovation.

The best contractors you can find! We would highly, highly recommend Farah & Joseph to anyone looking to plan a renovation. We recently renovated our entire kitchen and it was our first time doing something on this big a scale, and they handled everything from the permits, planning, walking us through what was possible, assisting in the design, and making sure we felt confident going into the reno. They made sure we felt confident and helped us bring our vision to life, we couldn't be happier with the end result. We planned on putting in cabinets in a specific green colour but found they were out of stock when it came time to order, and Farah spent a full week calling every other cabinet supplier in Toronot to find a perfect match for the same price. The work is top quality and having contractors you enjoy working with makes the entire experience enjoyable. If you are planning a renovation do yourselves a favour and schedule a meeting with Cedarstone.

Joseph is very professional, honest and efficient. When we bought our house in 2014, we had leaky windows, and needed to get them replaced. After replacing our 11 windows and 1 patio door in 2019, our house is so much warmer, and we save lots on heating! The windows and doors that were installed are triple pane with argon gas with low E coating. We are super happy with the work that was done, and the price was competitive. We will definitely seek out cedarstone for future renovations!

Honestly, I will 100% use this guy again. I had a few jobs i needed to be done around the office but not only did he get the job done in a timely fashion he gave me some tips on how to deal with a couple others. He has knowledge on every aspect of construction/ renovations that is very useful when you need a few things done. Rather than getting different guys in to do different tasks, he was able to get it all done. One stop shop!

I gave Cedarstone Renovations a call about clearing the basement full of cement and painting it. The staff was very knowledgeable in the work they do, and the service was great and they got the job done in a short amount of time. I was and am so very impressed by the service I received from Joseph Lee and Farah Lee, his administrative assistant. The hardest part was finding them! I had contractors come over who were not hearing me and what I wanted. They were offering inferior products, no consideration to design, were going to cost $10,000.00 $20,000 more, and were going to take a minimum of 8 weeks to complete the project. Joseph (Joe) is a very patient, friendly, helpful contractor who really listens....and responds quickly to emails and phone calls. It was fun picking out products and planning designs. I have a beautiful white quartz countertop and beautiful white cupboards. I was invited to the workshop where they make the cupboards and countertops just north of the 401. I was able to choose exactly what I wanted....and when they didn't quite have something exactly according to my wishes, they took a photo of my request and created it according to my wishes. Joseph started the renovation on March 20 for the demolition and it was completely finished April 21.. Going back to one of the previous contractors that I spoke with, he Sid that it would take 4 to 8 weeks to get the countertops because they are made in Quebec. I am still thrilled to this day with my "new" kitchen, which I now realize, is going on 4 years old. I love it! I have referred Joseph to others who all come back with a big thank you! If you like, I would be happy to share before and after photos.
