I hired Chris to do a FEMA brace and bolt on my home back in 2020. From first touch till job completion he exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him. After inquiring about the brace and bolt he walked me through his processes and what to expect. I decided to move forward with a quote so he quickly came over to my house to draw up the estimate. Up front he said he may not be the cheapest quote but he will deliver something he is proud of and I am happy with. This is an attitude I wish all contractors had. After receiving the quote I decided to move forward. Chris was great in scheduling and also accommodating some other work I had going on at the house. Two days before the job he let me know that he needed to reschedule as his additional help fell through. It was very refreshing to have a contractor communicate proactively and with to reschedule. Most just don’t show up. The day came and Chris and his team showed up when they said they would. The entered my home with the utmost respect and ensured my floors were protected. When he entered my crawl space he texted me immediately a video to let me know I had a pin hole leak in a water pipe. He also asked (since I wasn’t home) if I would like him to turn off the water to the house. This was again him going above and beyond. Once the job was complete he sent me some photos and then completed the brace and bolt paper work that needed to be done in the portal. He also scheduled and met the inspector on site to ensuring the permit was signed off and any questions were answered. In summary, I cannot recommend Chris enough and I hope to work with him again in the future.

Chris just completed a seismic retrofit of my house and it went more smoothly than any contractor project I've ever experienced. He was thorough, explained everything clearly and the whole project, from bid to completion, took far less time than I'd anticipated. I highly recommend him if you're doing an earthquake brace and bolt project.

Chris Scola was our contractor when we remodeled out kitchen. It was a small project for him but he put a lot of time and effort to make sure we were happy. He did a great job and I would hire him again in a second. He took great care with the little details I wanted and always checked with me first before moving forward. Excellent craftsmanship. We are very happy with our kitchen and we could not have done it with out him.
