Happy Home Contractors made my home a HAPPY HOME! I wanted to update two full bathrooms and a powder room.. Luis and Daniel came to look at my project. They were professional but so personable. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and I said "Let's do it!". My bathrooms was stripped to the studs. Luis came everyday with the crew and got them started. I selected the tiles, fixtures and Luis recommended the best place to select my cabinets. Two beautiful bathrooms were revealed within eight weeks. I also gifted my daughter (her wording to her friends) the renovation of two tiers of wooden stairs to get to the large front porch. I also "gifted" her the painting of the exterior of her two story house. It was done in the same manor as my bathrooms, excellent, a short renovation time and beautiful. I am a realtor, I closed on a home for a client who wanted to redirect the entrance between her kitchen and family room. I recommended Happy Homes to the family. I was invited to the first cook out and I was very impressed with the total new look of the kitchen and family room. The family absolutely love the new and improved flow of their home. I can not say how much I have been impress with the professionalism, attention to detail that Happy Homes brings to making my home and the homes that I referred to Happy Home. In my opinion, Happy Home is an ELITE company that puts the customer first and delivers the best quality work.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Happy Home Contractors. Luis and Daniel are first honest, trustworthy, and helpful -- the foundation of what every contractor should have. My home was in major disrepair after a water leak and they came in and quickly helped me resolve the issues. Not only did they fix my home - they helped me envision and plan for my home to look even better than what I could imagine. The icing on the cake - Luis is very communicative and promptly responds to requests, questions, and concerns. I'm a first time homeowner so there were many things that were new to me -- he always took the time to walk me through everything every step of the way. I recently had a significant amount of work done on my 120 year home. Daniel and his team at Happy Home Contractors worked on the outside rafters and soffit of my roof. To put it plainly, this was not an easy job, and to boot, the rafters have custom shaping, which complicated the work even more. Regardless of the hurdles and complexity, Daniel gave me a great price, outlined exactly what his team would do, and they executed flawlessly!! The workmanship on the custom rafters was incredible. I still cannot believe how well they restored and replaced the rafters and my aging soffit. I am so pleased with their work, and I HIGHLY recommend Daniel and his team for you home improvement needs. They are trustworthy, responsive, transparent, and most importantly masters of their craft!

Did and excellence job on my roofing , floors and bathrooms. The worker's are professional. Daniel and Luis were kind and friendly and they knew there stuff. I had more dealing with Luis he is such a joy to work with.

The original bathroom project was completed efficiently and in a timely fashion. The workers were prompt, came when we expected them, were courteous and very skilled. So much so that when the original project was completed, we immediately contracted Happy Homes Contractors to do a second project, a tiny bathroom. We would, without a second thought, contract Happy Homes to do any remodeling we would need done in the future. Thanks much, Happy Homes and thanks also, to all your Special Team!

We had a great experience and are very pleased with the work done by all of the employees from Happy Home Contractors. We had a basic design for remodeling a space above a double car garage - enlarging a bathroom, adding a storage closet, and relocating a bedroom closet. This required plumbing, electrical, AC, construction, tile work, flooring, painting, etc. - everyone was very proficient at their respective jobs. The design details they provided were helpful while showing consideration for what we desired and preferred for our decor and use of the space remodeled. They are great with attention to detail and were always accommodating with our schedule. They were excellent communicating, dependable, prompt arriving on the job, very polite and continued on the job until completed. It was a joy to work with Happy Home from start to finish and we would highly recommend them for home projects.

2023 we added a new living room and primary suite by Happy Home. Name says it all we are very happy. Daniel, Luis and the crew did a great job and very easy to work with. Had a few snags with Cobb Electrical but Luis worked it out seamlessly. The entire crew felt like family and we all are very proud of finished product.

Happy Home did an excellent job with our exterior and interior projects/repairs. Them team was great with our last minute adjustments and requests throughout the process. We are looking forward to working with Happy Home again!

I just had my kitchen remodeled and those of you who have done this know how stressful and grueling that can be, but when things turn out well, it brings a smile to your face to see your new kitchen! I spoke to lots of contractors through the 1.5 year process and landed on Randolph Interiors, RRI for the design work and coordination of the project. They did a fantastic job and introduced me to Happy Homes for the demo and remodel/construction work. Daniel and Luis with Happy Homes are amazing! And their main guys, Jonathan and Julio were so wonderful to work with on the detailed project. Happy Home's professionals are very outgoing, professional, honest, fair, and strive for customer satisfaction. I love that they always cleaned up after themselves and that they met all commitments. Every project will have issues, and it is how they are handled that really matters. When issues came up, they were prompt, honest, and accountable for things they missed. I highly recommend Happy Homes for any remodeling work you may have. They will be doing my deck remodel next! FYI, I am very picky and sometimes difficult to please...LOL

Happy home contractors definitely lives up to their name! Daniel, Luis, and the team are dedicated to ensuring the client is just that… HAPPY! I purchased my first home in GA and needed a complete interior facelift but wasn’t sure where to start with what felt like such a big project. Happy home replaced all my floors, fully remodeled the bathrooms & kitchen, new paint, backyard fence, appliances, doors, fans, finishings, and more. Everyone was very respectful, very communicative, worked around my schedule ( I was living there during the construction). I cannot say enough nice things about Luis and his team. Last year we added on an outdoor living space to our home. We started by getting 4 quotes. I could tell from the beginning not only did we want to work with Luis because of his competitive quote, but I could tell right away I could trust him personally and the quality of his work. Our project took a few months to complete and Luis stayed true to the agreed timeline. He helped us every step along the way and we ended up with the outdoor space of our dreams (two story deck, screen in porch, outdoor stone fireplace, and beautiful finishes). Every project has it's hiccups (for example, we had a small leak in the ceiling), but whenever anything happened Luis was there and so on top of fixing it. It's clear he really cares about his clients and isn't just trying to race through a job to get onto the next one. I'm confident Luis can handle anything from big to small projects... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Happy Home converted my detached garage into a studio space and office. They took an aging, dirty and essentially unused space and turned it into exactly what I asked for. I love it! I'd work with them again for sure (and plan to).
