Gardner Homes

We are the second owners of the still new Gardner home. We were handed the book of details and sub contractors and all the contact information including for Gardner homes. The staff there have been quite helpful in answering questions and pointing ua in the right direction as though we bought the house new yesterday. Thank you Gardner homes (and Christy)

This was our first semi-custom build from the ground up. The Lot and the Builder’s floor plan were pre-determined, but we had design control over various aesthetic and functional aspects of the home. We had remodeled individual rooms in the past, but choosing all the lighting, hardware, flooring, electrical, plumbing, paint, tile/countertops, etc. all at once was somewhat overwhelming. Christy made the whole process much easier. We met with her several times at various vendors over the early weeks to make the selections. Whenever I questioned my own design decision, Christy would respond either by text or call and we would talk about my concerns. She offered alternatives and options I would not have considered. I appreciate the close collaboration we had. Christy supports the overall vision of the client, but also the understands price consideration aspects. She has an amazing eye for color and design intent. There is nothing in our home design that I would change. Landscaping was put on hold because of the weather. Matthew has been working hard with the subdivision’s HOA getting landscaping plans approved. We look forward to completing the exterior of our project this Spring. We used a website portal called Builders Trend to review overall project status and examine and approve various project proposals and costs. The Project Manager Chaz oversaw the day-to-day construction build and dealt with the subcontractors. He communicates well with the client and was also responsive to our questions and concerns. He has been awesome to work with from the beginning to now.

I have worked along side with Gardner Homes and was extremely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. From the start, they were responsive to their clients needs and took the time to understand their vision and make it a reality. The team is knowledgeable and communicates clearly throughout the process, keeping everyone informed every step of the way. The quality of their work is top-notch. My husband and I recently purchased a Gardner home and love it! We looked at many different builders and decided on Gardner for many reasons, but mainly because the quality of this builder is outstanding. One example is their color choices. We loved working with their interior design specialist Christy Mower. She is amazing! She knows her colors and what goes together and what doesn’t. We could tell a Gardner home because of her selections. She is one of the kindest people and made our building experience superb. She really helped make the process smooth and uneventful. She has an eye for detail and of the latest trends and stays up to date on the latest style while also letting us choose what we like. We really chose Gardner because we found a floor plan we loved, and we knew it would look amazing with Christy’s help.

We really enjoyed working with Gardner Homes! They were great at accommodating changes we wanted to make and offered great advice on how to achieve the look we were going for. We would definitely recommend them to any buyers looking to build a custom home ;)
