I hired Cailey and her team to help me design my new home with furnishings. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I truly love the way the house looks. It flows very well and has simple, timeless pieces that are versatile and comfortable for my family with 3 small kids. We had a few small hiccups along the way. Some pieces took a long time to arrive (due to covid) and at times I felt the proposal and responses to emails took longer than I thought it would. The cost proposal Simply Stunning Spaces originally sent over was much more money than I had originally hoped. I was able to pair down many items to make it closer to my budget. Cailey was so kind to work with me and provide ideas at a cheaper price. She would also send me exact links of items to purchase that I wanted to buy on my own. Cailey and her team do LITERALLY EVERYTHING. They set up the electrician, delivery, set up, hanging all art and removal of boxes and trash (important to note, you will be paying an additional fee for this--on top of the design fee). You don't have to do anything besides make the choices. Truly, I wish Cailey could have designed every inch and shelf in my home--the only reason we didn't was because of cost. My life would have been so easy and the house would have looked flawless. It still does look amazing, despite the choices I had to make on my own, haha. If my kids didn't constantly destroy my house, I would include some pictures of the spaces to show how beautiful it turned out!

I have worked with lots of interior designers over the years, but none have impressed me as much as SSS does. Darcy's extensive knowledge and eye for design is what sets this group apart. They've turned what would be ordinary homes into masterpieces. I highly recommend them for all your San Diego interior design needs.

Booked an online appointment with them for $400. Got no confirmation from them. Called their office to confirm appointment and was told that the owner did receive the payment and online booking date but somehow it got overlooked and now she has another appointment. Mind you I was never told or called by them. Instead I called them to ask if they will show up. Anyhow it gets rescheduled. The owner shows up and as per my understanding its a 2 hour consultation for $400 ( expensive but I was hoping it's worth it) . She asks basic questions about designing the space and my color preferences, my budget etc and leaves within an hour. I was hoping to get a concrete design plan at-least for one room so that based on that I could plan on working with them further. But they offer nothing. The consultation is a complete waste of time. Instead I need to spend additional $2500 to get designs from them. I email them about this and they respond that I need to come in to their showroom for another "consultation".... I wish I know of all the different online sites which offer design services as it would have saved me time and money. I am not sure what their design is like but their consultations are not worth the money and time I spent.

I purchased a new home last year in La Jolla and although the view and the lot were amazing, the house really needed a lot of work. This was my first major remodel so the idea of taking it all on without some professional help just didn't seem like a wise decision. I searched online for an Interior Designer and found Simply Stunning Spaces. I stopped by their showroom, scheduled a consultation and immediately I was impressed by Darcy's ideas for the house. The 3D renderings really helped us visualize the concept ideas and surprisingly the house looks almost exactly like the rendering! Tanya from her office communicated consistently with us throughout the process so we always had timelines for everything. We absolutely love our home and are currently enjoying being the new gathering place for our friends and family. 5 Stars for sure!

Darcy was such a positive inspiration to work with. She is very patient with hearing a person's vision out (with all the Pinterest boards AND changes that come with said 'vision') and also guiding you in a way that will lead to the best possible scenario. I have a tendency to "have a lot going on" when it comes to decorating and she was so good about being kind but holding the reigns when I needed to focus on narrowing the important aspects of the vision down. She had construction knowledge that I otherwise wouldn't have considered and made costly errors on my own (ex: I almost bought a light fixture that wouldn't fit the current 'j box' in the ceiling - I had no idea to even think about that - nor know what a j box was). You will feel comfortable with her and her team as they are on it w/ communication during the entire process. From showroom visits to her coming to our home during every stage, I knew her presence was keeping the renovation crew on point. I appreciated the patience she (and her team) showed us and the respect she had for our home every step of the way. I'm not including photos for privacy reasons but our home is absolutely a walking dream now and we have Darcy & team to thank for making that dream tangible!

Darcy is amazing! She’s very accessible, friendly and always willing to answer questions when needed. We are doing a large remodel and 2nd story addition that is not easy. She is handling it with ease.

Darcy and Charles helped us remodel our dated 1985 home and bring it into the modern look we desired. They helped us determine a style that worked for both my husband and I (not an easy task), provided us renditions of what it was going to look like, and helped us refigure it out when we realized we made choices that we didn't like. They were fun to work with, and the people they recommended for us to work with were equally impressive. They also were realistic regarding budget and provided us with details to make some tough decisions. Darcy also puts together a binder with all of the details and estimates. As a side note, Darcy has also done designs for my sister and mother. Highly recommend Darcy and Simply Stunning!

Darcy's vision, communication, and follow through are incredible. While I knew I wanted to upgrade my home, I wasn't sure what areas to focus on. I'm one of those people that can tell you what I like when I see it but I have a hard time visualizing something out of concept only. Darcy looked through numerous images with me, then prepared mock-ups of my house with the potential upgrades and walked me through the whole process. With a very limited budget Darcy worked miracles and completely enhanced my home. She over-delivered in all areas and completely exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely refer her for any friends or family interior design needs.

I had been obsessing about so many renovations in my house & feeling like I was spinning my wheels in certain areas but not making progress. To help move forward, I met with Darcy for a consultation on Saturday & it was so helpful. She is a lovely person, & in spite of my initial apprehension, she put me completely at ease. First, she is an excellent listener & I was impressed by the way she was able to get to the heart of my question(s) quickly and decisively, gently guiding me through my own thought processes with her professional input. She has a keen insight, and her instincts seem to be spot on. The session was extremely helpful and I felt like I was really getting good professional direction. We are not quite ready to move forward with our projects currently because of other diversions, but thank you Darcy for your help & guidance, well done! Highly recommend!
