We had our house designed for the first time. David Herrera was recommended to us. We were very fortunate to have him don it for us. David took every idea we had and used it to design a our perfect retirement home. The detail and time he took was amazing! This was all done during the onset of the pandemic so most of our meetings were done via phone calls. We never felt rushed and he accommodated our appointments to our schedule. We have nothing but great comments and praise for David’s work ethic and expertise. We recommend him highly!

Working with David in designing our new home was a joy and a great experience! David listened to our every need and desire in designing the home and came up with wonderful ideas and solutions. When our initial plan came out way too large, David was very accommodating and instrumental in reducing the size but at the same time keeping the integrity and beauty of the home as originally planned. David was so agreeable and never ever even winced at making changes when we requested them. He was an absolute delight and we worked together more like friends than an architect and client, and yet professional at all times. We cannot wait for our home to be built so we can begin living in our dream home. We cannot thank David enough!

Planning our forever home was a daunting task, since we did not have a floor plan in mind. We came to David (and our builder) with the basics of 1 story, 4 bedrooms, etc. David took all our wishes and, starting from a simple design, worked with us until everything was just perfect. David offered design ideas we love and never would have thought of on our own. He was very patient with us throughout the process, was always reachable, and was very timely on revisions. Without reservation, we would highly recommend David Herrera for any design needs you may have, whether a true custom build, or renovation needs. You won’t be disappointed!
