I have only built one house from the ground up and David is the one who built it. David did a great job in the planning and costing phase to help me understand what I could realistically afford. He did an even better job in completing the work! He was always available to me for questions, his subs showed up when they were supposed to, the project stayed on schedule and best of all there were NO SURPRISES. David is very knowledgeable and his personality made it fun to do the project. I'm a fan!

David Crane has always done impeccable work for us. His integrity, combined with his professionalism, knowledge and ability to meet deadlines and budgets, will keep him at the very top of our list. His crews are trustworthy, and strive to leave work spaces clean and organized. Highly recommended!!

It is difficult to put into a few words how good David and his employees are in the work that they have done for us. Anyone is welcomed to come take a look at our renovations. They did very detailed, custom cabinets in our den area. We told them what we wanted and without drawings on our part, They listened, asked questions and came up with the absolute perfect built-ins that we could have imagined. The project was on budget and on time!

Crane Builders did an A++++ job on the renovation of our home. We expanded the master bath and bedroom area by 8 feet and completely redid the master bathroom, with a new master closet. The kitchen was also completely redone, to the studs and a bay window was added with a seating area. New hardwood floors were done throughout, the interior painted and the fireplace was refaced with new up to date stone. On the exterior, the house was resided with Hardiplank, painted, a new roof and gutters. The project was completed 2 weeks early (6 month renovation) and the communication was always excellent. Anything that we were not satisfied with was changed to our satisfaction. The craftsmanship was excellent. All the sub contractors were very professional and polite. We were extremely pleased when everything was finished. We had 2 minor items that needed to be repaired even more than a year after the project was complete. They were repaired promptly and at no cost.

David has impeccable integrity. He wants to and succeeds in delivering a quality project on time and within budget. When you hire Crane Builders, David will be accessible whenever he is needed. We hired David to renovate our master suite, and within a few months, we'll hire him again to renovate our downstairs.

We have hired David Crane and Crane Builders for two jobs, one a first floor remodel, and one to fix a structural problem and repair/replace some additional building components. David and his crew are always very professional, courteous, and the work is very high quality. He takes the time to discuss options that affect a project budget, and has always completed work on time and on budget. His subcontractors are dependable, they respect the job site, and clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Crane Builders to anyone considering a remodel or other work.

David and his amazing team are among the most professional, ethical and quality minded contractors I've ever worked with. Because of this, we hired Crane Builders to build a screened porch and large patio area 10 years ago. They did an outstanding job and made our dream come true. David built the addition on our home. This is a historic property and the build was not simple. I am what you might call a difficult customer as I am a construction lawyer and I have certain expectations. David met all my expectations and did an excellent job for us and when we had what I would consider a minor issue, the repair was fast and without hesitation.

We worked with David Crane for a porch addition to our home. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him! He was professional, courteous, and caring.
