From David Designs

David created several detailed and different renderings for my new duplex in Brooklyn. It really helped me view the space in a new light and realize new possibilities. He really helped "center" all my ideas into a realistic and fantastic path forward.

David from From David Designs really understood how to incorporate what our office space had as strengths and where there were some opportunities to elevate it. I have an acupuncture office space that was due for some design updates and David helped create a space that balances style with practicality. The ideas he came up with were calm, warm, and inviting which is exactly what I was looking for. He did a great job with also cleverly added some built-in storage that is not only super useful but a design highlight for the space. I definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him more!

David is phenomenal! New York apartments are notorious for lacking space and being outdated and he balanced all those concerns beautifully! He is detail-oriented, empathetic, and really takes the time to understand his clients. My living room went from feeling old to a modern space that feels completely transformed. His work feels thoughtful, polished, and almost magical. I definitely recommend From David Designs with help on their residential renovation!

We’re in the early design stage of a primary bathroom renovation, and working with David has been a wonderful start. He’s kind, adaptive, encouraging and genuinely respectful of a space I’ve never loved, finding something positive to say about it rather than making me feel bad. He came back quickly with a thoughtful sketch that showed he’d really listened. What stood out most was how he handled budget. We don’t have endless funds, we have dreams, and David never made us feel small about that — he met us where we are and made it clear he wants to help us make those dreams real. If the design phase is any indication, we’re in exactly the right hands. Highly recommend.

David listened carefully to what we wanted and created a design that is beautiful, practical, and perfect for cooking, storage, and entertaining! We were so fortunate to work with From David Designs on our kitchen renovation. Our old kitchen was cluttered, dysfunctional, and full of wasted space! Like any renovation, there were a few challenges, including material delays, but David handled them with clear communication and creative solutions. He stayed proactive, worked well with the contractor, and kept the project moving forward. The finished kitchen is warm, polished, and functional. It truly feels like the heart of my home. I would highly recommend David and From David Designs for anyone looking for a residential architect or interior designer for a kitchen renovation or home renovation. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

I couldn't be happier with David's work on my interior renovation and design. As a Brooklyn architect, he managed everything from A to Z with impressive professionalism and a clear creative vision. He was consistently available to answer my questions and made the whole process enjoyable. The end result exceeded my expectations. My new living room is everything I hoped for. Five stars, well deserved!

I have had the pleasure of working with David on multiple occasions. Most recently he helped me with presentation visuals and renderings to help me get my house renovation through permitting. He is always prompt, professional, communicative, and a delight to work with.
