Gannage Design is a unique and dynamic business base in the beautiful central coast of California and the Hawaiian island of Kauai. We pride ourselves in our ability to listen to our client’s wants and needs and to create a design which will satisfy their goals, within their budget. Each project is as unique as the client and the land it sits upon. Our talented team utilizes years of experience and cutting edge architectural drafting software that in the end will deliver you a fully dimensional build ready set of plans. During the design and drafting process you will work side-by-side with one of our very experienced team members ensuring you end up with the new construction, addition or renovation plans that meet your needs and wants. The exciting part is that throughout the process you will see your ideas evolve on a very large design monitor in full color 3D. We help take the confusion of black and white line drawings out of the equation. If you already have a set of those confusing black and white line drawings and you want to be sure it is the right plan for you bring them in. We will convert them to 3D to virtually turn, tip, flip, tour, change colors, textures…you name it. You won’t believe your eyes. More importantly you might avoid the very costly mistake of building from plans you don’t fully understand. If you think your project is too big or too small for this service think again. Ganage Design has done really excellent work for my last three projects. Aaron is very efficient at getting projects through the City and the County in our area. His communication skills are great. He is able to assist with your design and what you would like to have at the completion of your project. I will be using Ganage Design many more times.

We have experienced the permitting process with our county 3 times. With Aaron, it made the permitting process as easy as it could be for this county. His ability to get everything together to submit a complete package from the soils engineer to title 24 to the county made our struggles minimal. His communication with us was great, communicating when a signature or something was needed. We will definitely use him again.

We used Gannage Design for a complete rebuild of a 1950s house. I was a bit of a challenging client, but the firm was very responsive and helpful in getting my plans across the finish line. I was pleased that they could get the engineering calculations incorporated into the plan. Would definitely use again.

We contacted Aaron Gannage to help us design a new home. After sharing some inspiration images, he worked closely with us to develop a design that we are very pleased with. Aaron coordinated all engineering aspects of the design and provided a complete set of plans ready for permit submission. I handled submitting the plans to Monterey County for review. As expected—since this was his first project in Monterey County—the County requested some revisions. Aaron responded promptly and addressed all requested changes without issue. Aaron is very easy to work with, responsive, and professional. I would highly recommend him for your project.

We called on the Gannage Design Team to assist us with design services for our 4,300 square foot modern style home in Paso Robles. The initial design exceeded our expectations and was there throughout the build with assistance with revision, permitting and subcontractor referrals. As a construction professional who acted as owner/builder on our project I would highly recommend Aaron and his Team for new construction and high-end remodeling projects. We have a future new custom home upcoming and will definitely be calling on them for their expertise.

"I am a local Developer/contractor. Aaron Gannage designed a 3-unit apartment building that I purchased after is was approved by the Morro Bay Planning Commission. He finished the Construction documents and processed the permit through the city building department which was a tricky ordeal. Once the building was permitted, he help with field questions and changes to help make the construction process move smooth and efficiently. Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Aaron Gannage with Gannage Design."

I was referred to Gannage Design late 2018 for a remodel job. After meeting Aaron Gannage I felt very confident in hiring him to draw up the plans for a very large remodel job that would start early March of 2019. With his ideas and expertise he put together a design that was very satisfying and to my liking. My home turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Gannage Design to anyone who needs a good and creative designer. We were complete novices in the home remodel game, but needed help with a design and drawings for a lower-cost project to accommodate a special needs family member. One of my bosses referred me to a former City and County planning commissioner, who recommended Aaron. We were very pleased with Aaron's work. He has a good eye for practical design, which suited the needs of our project. He completed the job in a timely manner. He also handled all the building department paperwork and fees.
