It is a vacation home so most of the work was done when I was not on site but I completely trusted them in my house without me. They were patient with my hundreds of questions and numerous requests for samples, and made sure that I understood what I was ordering. Their installation team is top notch. They had a positive attitude no matter what surprise or problem came their way and were thoughtful about not damaging my garden (which is almost impossible to do). They left the site very clean. I can't rave enough about them. When we had an issue, the President of the company came out to talk with me. They quickly came up with a solution. This was not my first building project and have worked with folks that aren't nearly as good as Team Monarch. If you work with Monarch Window, you will sleep well at night.
