Our project involved installation of stone around our fireplace and accent wall. The service we received inside the facility was very good. Knowledgeable, informative and offered samples to take off site. The communication after that was horrid to say the least. Waited 13 days to get a price on materials and labor and did not receive a call back until we made a call to find out what happened. Still waiting on a price for materials after another call today. I'll have someone else install it at this point.

I truly enjoy working with Hamilton Parker at their Columbus Location! As a Kitchen and Bath Designer I work with Hamilton Parker on all of my projects. Some of which require a lot of tile! I would like to thank my rep, Lynn Inskeep for keeping me up to date on all of the latest trends and sharing her extensive knowledge. I would also like to compliment Tile Design Sales Associate, Anita Henning for her customer service and knowledge. I enjoy working with the entire staff at Hamilton Parker for all my tile needs.

Our builder sent us to Hamilton-Parker to pick out a garage door for our new build. On Sept. 21, 2016, my husband and I went to the Leonard Ave address and spoke to an individual who helped us pick out a door. The door we picked out was a ranch panel door with Cascade II windows at the top. At the time of our visit, I informed the person (I don't remember her name) that I also wanted a spear trim package. She showed me how the trim package would look on the door by holding one of the spears up to the door. I even took a picture of it. At no time were we informed that there would be an issue with the trim package on the ranch panels. We have went around and around with a person named Laurel. Finally, today (Nov. 22, 2016, 2 months later), Chase came out to install the trim package. Chase was very nice and informed us of how the trim package would be installed. I have totally given up on having a trim package and informed Chase to return the trim package and credit our builder who paid for it. I have never dealt with people who do not communicate or inform potential customers of potential problems until after the door was hung. We asked Laurel if they would exchange the door for a colonial door which would accommodate the trim package and she said no. I am totally disappointed in the manner in which this was handled. If our initial contact person had told us of the issues with the trim package, we would have probably chosen the colonial door. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

Great company! Always goes above and beyond in products and service! I would recommend their products and design team to anyone and everyone!

We have purchased tile from Hamilton Parker on two occasion (kitchen and bath) and are getting ready to purchase tile for another bathroom. They have a huge array of tile to choose from. Everyone who works at Hamilton Parker are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Samples are available for a deposit of $5 each. They are great about explaining the uses and durability for the type of tile you are considering plus whether it is a stock or special order tile.

Hamilton Parker has a great selection of products. We have a lot of their tile on display in our showroom. Our favorite part about this company is their ability to service clients with all types of budgets & taste. Entry price point to high end-they can fit the bill.
