Housebrand designed and built our home in 1997. We've effectively raised our family here the last 19 years - and it's as suitable to us and as much a contemporary design now as it was then. We have enjoyed our home and the benefits of Housebrand's terrific and timeless design all this time. Housebrand also recently designed and built the house next door, and, having lived through a house being built behind ours I can say that it was a rare feat - of zero hassle and remarkable speed. And by all accounts of our new neighbours, successful as well. I would recommend Housebrand to anyone.

Working with Housebrand on my new modern house was a great experience. They are excellent listeners who translated what I wanted into a beautiful custom house with great flow. Their considerable experience as architects, designers and builders helped to create a light filled house with well scaled rooms and quality finishes. Every room has built in cabinetry for lots of storage streamlined into the design. The master bedroom has a tranquil ensuite and separate yoga space. If you are planning to build a modern home I recommend considering Housebrand.

Housebrand did an excellent job of designing and building our new inner city home. Throughout the process they were professional and well informed. Our house was built in a timely manner, with great attention to detail. We were most impressed by their continued commitment to quality after we moved in. We would highly recommend housebrand and would use them in the future again if they hadn't already built us our dream home!

We decided to design and build with housebrand because they had the best communication skills amongst all the builders and architects we interviewed in our research phase. And that stayed true throughout our project. They were very accommodating with the most outrageous questions we had as well as the smallest inquiries, which made all the difference for us. We felt like there was total transparency through the whole project. We wanted a house that would evolve as our family evolved and housebrand completely understood this. We intend on staying in our house for a long time so quality and design that would transcend trends were very important to us. We knew we were going to get an incredible product, and we are thrilled with the results. The whole process from design to build was faster than any other builder we know operating in the city, yet they were speedy without compromising on quality. Our site was very challenging to build on and they were very good at communicating issues that arose. We had complete confidence in their problem solving skills and the way things resolved actually made for a better product for us in the end. Ultimately, they are exceptionally good at, and very smart about what they do. We would build another house with them in a heartbeat if we could, and can’t recommend them highly enough.
