Brent worked with us to do a major remodel of a few different rooms in our house. Although the projects were very different in scope one thing remained constant throughout-Brent's attention to detail and quality of work. He was extremely involved from start to finish and was easy to work with even as we kept changing our minds and the scope of the project. We're truly happy with the final product he delivered and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any job in the future

From my first meeting with Brent I felt comfortable and confident about hiring him for my primary bathroom remodel. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted it to look like and he was very helpful in the design planning. He was considerate of my budget when making selections. The men that came each day from the demo to the final touches were very friendly and a cleaned up when wrapping it up at the end of each day.I work several days a week and felt comfortable allowing them in my home when I was not here. I am very happy with the way my bathroom turned out.I would definitely recommend him for whatever project you are considering.

Brent and his team were incredibly helpful from start to finish on our bathroom remodel. Our goal was to split one large bathroom into two bathrooms and we are so happy with the result! We came to Brent with lots of ideas and a strict budget; he was so helpful and patient as we explored options for layout, tile and paint. His team was incredible - efficient, kind, and diligent in their work. Highly recommend Brent for your home projects.

We hired Brent for two separate projects on two different homes and couldn’t be happier with the results. After the work Brent and team completed on our first project, our family moved after we purchased a home that we knew Brent would be able to completely gut and update (as well as make many architectural changes to the exterior). Brent has a great eye for design and pays attention to the minor details that look great, but also offer optimal functionality. Can’t recommend Hyland enough!

We have worked with Hyland Homes on three projects - the last of which was to redo the entire first floor of our home. First, I would say that Brent and team were terrific to work with. They kept us informed as the projects were moving along, and if anything wasn't as we expected, they fixed it. Second, I really appreciated that there was a consistent team of workers on all three projects. We trusted them with the run of the house. Finally, I found Brent to be a great creative collaborator. We had rough ideas of what we wanted, and he would talk through the plans with us to make them better. If we ever do another renovation project, we will definitely call Hyland Homes again!

We did multiple projects with the Hyland Homes team beginning in early 2020 and rolling in to 2021. The projects included a full basement remodel and 4 full baths. The quality of the work is outstanding and the costs were very reasonable to us. Brent was able to source quality materials within our budget and offer suggestions to save money when possible. Brent and his team are very easy to work with and we highly recommend Hyland Homes. We plan to undertake additional projects with them in the near future.

We hired Hyland Homes to do a renovation of a master bathroom and closet. The owner, Brent Hyland, spent time with us going over options, ideas and possibilities. The job started on the promised date, and Brent stayed very involved during the entire process. All of his contractors were friendly, organized and reliable. The site was cleaned at the end of each day, which was a nice touch. The job was completed within the estimated time, and the work was impeccable. I would highly recommend using Hyland Homes for any renovation!
