The work was excellent and the team of experts were so easy to work with. There was some lag time in completing the work but nothing that was unreasonable. I would choose them again. They willingly returned to make any adjustments.

We had several maintenance issues that needed inspection and a new installation for bbq gas shut-off. Joel was personable, conscientious, and thorough with his work. Thank you!

Ideal helped me when my very old bathtub spout (in my very old bathtub, surrounded by my very old tile, on top of very old walls, in my very old bathroom, in a house in which I live, and I also have a tenant who shares the bathroom) wouldn't shut off. It only made sense when they had to tear into the wall to redo plumbing, to get a new tub and tile, in addition to new plumbing behind the wall. The level of project planning, expertise & customer service was excellent from demolition (they zipped off the bathroom, so dust wouldn't travel outside the room), to rebuilding (they discovered my floor was not level & built it back up, put in new insulation & drywall), installation (tile setters were awesome!). The plan to finish the project was for 8 days, and the entire task was finished in 8 days! Every day when they left, they cleaned up every spec of dust and dirt all the way to the front door and porch! PLUS they went above and beyond by replacing a light fixture that wasn't working, and changing out the doorknob, etc. The guys who worked onsite, were so professional & kept in close communication with me every step of the way. My bathroom is BEAUTIFUL now, and now I have no more worries! I've since used Ideal for 2 other issues I had in a rental property (water leak from upstairs neighbor into my HVAC closet), and in my home (water heater started leaking). In my experience, they continue to exceed my expectations, and I would recommend them highly. Some of the same guys have worked on more than one project for me!

This company was very professional from the initial meetings with the designer and estimator Joe to the actual workers on site. We were traveling when a lot of the work was done with no problem. The lead worker Jose was skilled at many trades and took care of our minor punch list quickly. The job was expensive but we did get custom cabinets which added a lot to the cost. I shopped around and Ideals prices were competitive with other major remodeling companies. I would highly recommend using them.

I would have given a higher rating on this project except for the problems Ideal had staffing the Electrical work. It was an company problem and upper management either kept pulling the Electrician off of my job or would have trouble scheduling him for the work. This happened multiple times to the point that I had to get involved and put my foot down. It definitely caused a schedule delay. I come from a Petrochemical Engineering and Construction background and am hypersensitive to staffing and scheduling. There were also some issues on coordination with subcontractors as well as confusion as to how the asbestos abatement work was to be handled. On the abatement work, Ideal arranged for the sub, so I thought everything would be handled by them. It turns out that I was supposed to pay them directly which I didn't find out until many months later. Contract documents could have been a little clearer, but shame on the abatement contractor for not having his ducks in a row either. I have used Ideal for two previous projects with some of the same crew and never had any problems. On a more positive note, all of the Ideal employees I dealt with were always courteous and respectful and clean up the job site daily. I would definitely recommend this company to others with certain caveats. They also brought the project in within budget, which is a big plus for me.

Don and his entire team are fantastic! They have remodeled my guest and master bathrooms and recently the kitchen and powder room with high quality workmanship and every detail is perfect. IDEAL is an outstanding company with friendly, licensed professionals many who have been with Don over 15 years. They listen and provide on-time service, daily cleanup and are quick to respond to any issue with an immediate solution. We went with Ideal for our small bath remodel because from the beginning we felt we would get the bathroom we have wanted. They were actually the most expensive bid but we felt good about them having their own crew of plumbers, electricians, designer, etc. Two companies they contracted with for tile and shower door were well known to them. The crew was knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. We were informed of the problems they ran into immediately. We are thrilled with the finished product and have received many compliments!

Ideal Plumbing re-piped part of my older home. They did a good job, they were able to schedule for the time slot I requested, everything was cleaned up and left as before the project began. They sent a man to fix the drywall and he made the opening completely disappear! The texturing was identical to the remainder of the wall - can't even tell where it was disturbed. I would use them again. I gave them 4 stars because I believe that they charge top dollar as far as plumbers go. I think that they could lower their prices a little.
