We had a great experience working infinite Possibilities. Breanne came out and was very patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She put together a beautiful layout for our property, explained everything clearly, and made sure we fully understood the plan and options available to us. The service was quick, professional, and overall excellent. We really appreciated the time and care she put into helping us create a vision for our home. Highly recommend!

Infinite Possibilities was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their team was responsive, honest, and worked hard to fit our goals and budget into realistic proposals that achieved what we needed. We had our front yard landscaped in full, including repositioning fences and gates, removing lawn and fill, removing concrete, redoing a windowsill, moving and resurfacing stairs and porch, filling in mulch, creating a rock drainage pool, and installing new railings. They were priced competitively and always took steps to keep us informed. The crew they brought to our home were respectful and hard working. They were pleasant to interact with and never made us feel silly for asking questions. Alex, who communicated with us directly, let us know about costs and changes as they came up and worked to mitigate anything impacting us. He was often on site instructing or reviewing the work his team did. At the start too, he gave us multiple options with varying price points and helped guide our decisions to reach the right Delta between aesthetics, cost, and need. If we ever have to do landscaping at a future home or elsewhere on our property, we'll happily return to Infinite Possibilities.

Highly recommend the Infinite Possibilities team for everything from design through permitting, and execution. Alex and Breanne took our half baked idea and created a beautiful and functional design. From there Rob and the rest of Infinite's team were courteous, trustworthy, helpful, you name it. The workmanship was completed with pride and to a very high standard. We also appreciated the small but thoughtful suggestions that they had along the way to improve how the space would ultimately be used. The team cleaned up at the end of every day to make sure neighbors weren't negatively impacted and always tried to find parking nearby instead of lining the street with work trucks in front of our house. Any issues that cropped up were promptly dealt with, even if they were identified after the project was officially completed and was paid in full.

I had the best experience working with Infinite Possibilities from start to finish. The whole team was always responsive, full of ideas and solutions and incredibly kind. They really thought of everything down to lunches for the crew! The workmanship and quality of products is fantastic and I'm incredibly happy with the way the front of my house turned out. The Infinite Possibilities team did outstanding work for us, including included stone work, a deck, planting and lighting. We found IP after selecting and vetting several landscapers who did work in the downtown Toronto area. From the very beginning, Alex, Rob, Breanne, Haley, Taylor, Ryan, Bronson, and the whole crew were fantastic. The project began as an ambitious re-design of our front garden, complicated by two giant trees and a shared mutual driveway with no on-site parking. Alex and Breanne were responsive, creative, and listened to all our input; they understood the City's requirements regarding the trees and how to protect them while still bringing our vision to fruition. IP showed their amazing partnership and creativity when moments before we finalized the plan to begin work, we unexpectedly purchased our retirement home, and decided it wasn't feasible to invest in the original plan given we would be moving in 24 months. Alex and the team quickly pivoted to a stripped-down version that gave us the needed functional improvements within a reduced budget. It looks AMAZING! We could not be happier with the outcome. We also needed to tear down a pergola and build a fence at the new property, and IP delivered excellent work and service again, within a tight timeframe. You will not meet a more professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy team - we are looking forward to the IP team coming back in the spring to paint our new front garden woodwork and replace the decks at our new retirement home

Using Infinite Possibilities for my landscaping project was the best decision I have made in upgrading my home. I was reluctant to hire an established landscaping company because I was concerned it would not be a personal experience and thought that my small, downtown front yard would not get the full, detailed attention of larger projects. I was very wrong, right off the bat Alex, Breanne and the team made me feel like I was their #1 client. The initial consultation process was easy, pleasant and professional. They are very good listeners, had great ideas and adapted the plan as often as I requested. When the on-site team arrived (led by Ryan and Bronson) I knew I was in good hands. I had comments from neighbours about how impressive this crew was and how had I found them. They put in long hours, worked in some very unpleasant weather and dealt with my questions and indecisiveness with smiles and a can-do attitude. Most importantly of course, I am very happy with the finished product and am looking forward to fulling enjoying my new landscaping in the spring and for many years to come, P.S. of note: As we were discussing how I wanted the placement of boulders in torrential rain, I looked up and realized a soaking wet Ryan had been following me around with an umbrella over my head the whole time! Now that's 5 star service!

Beautiful job! Skilled and creative workers. They really installed a fantastic garden that included a partial rock garden and brick path down a hill. Communication was excellent throughout. A really great team.
