Jerry at Architectural Photographic Specialists did a splendid job for us earlier this year on a project of ours in Ottawa, IL. Building a home for a client can be tough. Building a home for yourself is just plain ridiculous. I designed and built every square foot of ours --- a mountain contemporary dream home in Denver Colorado. The house has a soul. I wanted to ensure the photographer I worked with was talented enough to capture it --- the ambiance one can really only experience by stepping through the front door. It's difficult to do. Jerry and the APS team delivered. Every shot is brilliant. What I valued most was Jerry's collaborative approach. Those who know me best would tell you I tend to get a little too close to my projects. The truth is I'm moments away from cutting my left ear off. But hey, I'm a construction professional! The homes I build are my art...my legacy! Jerry understood that from day one. He immersed himself in my vision, yet his soft approach allowed me to hand over the reins. Jerry was the guide and ultimately delivered perfection. It's not an easy feat --- one that Jerry and the APS team made look easy.

I have worked exclusively with Jerry for all my photography needs for several years now. I have always been thrilled with the results. He has a very creative eye and often has great suggestions about little tweaks that make the images so much better. I enjoy the collaborative way he approaches each project and he takes the time to get the details just right, and always gets my approval to go ahead before finalizing the shot. His turn around time on providing finished images is great. He recently did a new headshot for me as well, so he can do more than just architectural images.

I've worked with Jerry on many projects over the years and have always found him to be very professional, creative, responsive and fun to work with. Additionally, his computer work, after the images have been taken, is first rate. I'd recommend him very highly.

Jerry has been shooting for us for years. His work speaks for itself. It is crazy how much photography has changed from 2001 when Jerry did our first shoot. He is a front runner in the digital world. I am busy... being able to trust Jerry to establish the best product is something that I completely turn over to him. He is patient and committed to getting the right shot. I have come to understand that experience in the art of photography is just about everything assuming the equipment is the same. Spectacular photos. I've used Jerry several times and he is head and shoulders better than any other real estate photographer I've ever used. Usually, I have to tell real estate photographers exactly what to shoot as they run through the house but Jerry will carefully look the place over and come up with great ideas for shots I didn't even think of. Also, no one preps the place better than Jerry. It can take a lot of time moving stuff around but he makes sure everything is perfect in the frame before he shoots. A real artist! Great photos!
