Brian, Mitch, and Billy are fantastic! They did a project for my business this past year with strict timelines and came through even when my interior designer messed up! I gave the owner a bit of a tough time but he was always down-to-earth and up-front, which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you want experience and quality. They may be a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. They were totally worth it for me and my business! Jordyn Developments has renovated 3 condominiums for us since 2003. During these last 16 years we have watched his company grow into a well oiled machine. You know you have a good contractor when his team of trades remain with him year after year. They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful of your home and generally nice people to work with. Bryan has a lot of experience and often shows up on the job with solutions to issues that sometimes arise during renovations. He has never let us down in terms of getting the job done properly and ALWAYS on budget ( or sometimes less if there are no changes along the way). I love Bryan because I know that it is so important to him that we are happy with the project he is doing for us. And he doesn’t disappear on you once it’s done. If any problem arises at any time, his guys will be there in a flash. Excellent workmanship, respectfulness of clients’ budgets and innovative solutions to issues that arise during renovations. Hands down the most attentive, and efficient contractors I have ever worked with. Bryan, Esther and team completed my project on budget and on time which is hard to come by. They were always honest and professional and their advice was based on what was best for the client. The team of trades that worked on my project were also wonderful. Bryan Letofsky and his team at Jordyn were so knowledgeable and helpful in my wife and I's experience as first time home owners. Even before we found the house we eventually bought Bryan even went above and beyond and came to look at a few options in homes we were looking at to give us his expert advice. How many people will do that for you? But in terms of the work that was done in terms of reinforcing and removing walls, remodeling our master bathroom, completely gutting and remodeling our kitchen, and working with our designer, electricians, HVAC companies, plumbers etc to make the a house renovation come together we could not be more pleased. Our house is a testament to the great work their team does. Jonny Kudlats lead our day to day team at Jordyn and we could not have been in better hands. Always extremely responsive when we had any questions; and as first time home owners you can imagine we had a million. I fully recommend Jordyn Development and Bryan Letofsky and his team. Best in the business as far as I'm concerned. I hope I'm in my house for a very long time but in the event I move in the GTA and need help with home building or renovations I know who I'm calling.

Working with Jordyn Developments is a pleasure. Bryan is always highly responsive and overly eager to help when help is needed. He was quick to refer us to the right people, make intelligent informed recommendations and we always felt like our best intentions were being considered.
