Where do I begin? Laura met me at my home last winter (February 2020), and it was the beginning of a fabulous relationship and remodeling experience. KBF Design Gallery completed 3 major remodeling projects in my home this past year. I was so impressed with the team and the "turn-key" approach that I witnessed in my daughters' bathroom remodel, that I quickly decided to use them for my master bathroom transformation and ultimately for my kitchen/laundry room project. From the design team, to the demo team, the contractors used, project managers, right down to the details of the knobs placed on the cabinets- every detail matters to them! I was so pleased with each of my projects that I asked Travis to help design a new furniture space in my living room to complete the final touches of my house transformation. This was an A+ experience from start to finish. Thank you KBF Design Gallery for my incredible home modifications!

We highly recommend KBF Design Gallery! Not a day goes by that I don’t thank God for all they did for us! We had a massive leak in our Master bathroom and a large section of our home. From our first meeting with Keith we knew we were going to be in good hands. Working with both Keith and Melissa, their attention to detail, their quality and variety of products was outstanding! After meeting with them they presented their design for our bathroom project and we ended up turning over the whole house!! They were never too busy to return my calls, answer innumerable questions and calm all my anxiety. They were so professional, the whole staff and craftsmen were top notch! The people at KBF exceeded our hopes and are just incredible. Each and every person who worked on our absolutely perfectly-done bathroom remodel project maintained the same excellent level of professionalism and friendliness. This project was daunting for us. We started out just wanting new cabinets. But Keith and Ashley came over and had a vision, and once we saw it, we were in. Our hesitation was the scope and time of the project. We built our house in 1992 and have enjoyed updating things as needed, but this was BIG. My husband’s health problems made it a bit more complicated, as we were told a 3 month start-to-finish time frame. But we committed, and we are overjoyed with the result. KBF design team presented us with many options, every one beautiful, full of thoughtful concerns for my husband’s limitations, while showing up-to-date materials and stunning ideas. The presentation in the showroom is a wonder to behold. The team shows images and manipulates them so even a non-visionary like me can see the end result. They spent hours making sure each and every feature resonated with us and was user-friendly AND pretty AND kept with our traditional style. They looked at our whole house to make sure they understood our tastes. So thorough. Every aspect of the project was explained and set up in a time frame. It was exactly like that during the process. They prepared us for each phase and we sure were grateful. The day we saw the materials suggested for the project also was incredible….as soon as I saw it, I said I loved it. I never do that---I usually take awhile as the images percolate in my mind. Not this time. The floors, the cabinets, the tiles…it was stunning. When demolition started, we realized it was all going to be wonderful on the construction end too. Kind, considerate, on-time, clean, thorough. Having such an invasive thing happen in your private quarters could be a nightmare, but not with KBF. Ever single worker greeted us, and our dog, and occasionally our grandkids! with warmth and gentleness and care. We were genuinely sorry to say goodbye to all-demo, plumbers, electricians, painters, tilers, drywallers, handymen, cleaners, installers, deliverers and designers. To every single one of you, huge thanks. This project exceeded our hopes and expectations. The cabinets on our sink space open TWO ways—brilliant! The layout is 100% better than what we had, and is so pretty. The light that comes in now, the footprint, the colors, the features—beyond perfect. Every single day I find another thing to say ‘thank you’ for. We have never ever had a project done so well, so perfectly. I can’t find a single flaw, not even a paint drop out of place. The team put up with my (temporary) indecision on how the shower glass was installed, not sure if I liked the frame material. They immediately had solutions and were ready to do what I wanted. I’m so glad I didn’t change it and trusted Melissa, because as she knew, once the fixtures were in, it was perfect. I smile about that every time I look at it. The team made sure every single thing was done to the highest standard, and we sure appreciate it. If we had a question or something to work out, someone from the company was there immediately. Every time we were told someone was coming, they came, and on time. If something changed, we were notified. KBF stayed on time and on budget. KBF should be proud of the standard they hold, the excellent customer care they provide, and the amazing design and construction of their projects. We are so grateful. Cindy and Rick Susi

This is our second opportunity to work with the outstanding staff of KBF, but this time they were able to help us in an additional way. Due to a leak in our bathroom, we were suddenly thrown into an unexpected project that began with a company we were not familiar with and one that did poor workmanship. I contacted Keith at KBF to get his opinion of their work, and he was honest and informed me they were using outdated materials and not applying the materials correctly. Fast forward a few months, and now I was able to ask Keith to take over the project, and thankfully his skilled workers were able to correct the problems and leave us completely satisfied with a bathroom we can be proud of. Keith and his entire staff (office, interior decorator, subcontractors) make you feel like family and are such a pleasure to work with. They are committed to doing the best job possible employing skilled workers who are meticulous in their work and take pride in what they do. They offer the expertise of an interior decorator who is very knowledgeable and delightful to work with. They have a large selection of quality materials to choose from, and if you have difficulty making those important decisions, Melissa will put you at ease! Laura keeps you updated on what to expect, and what she tells you is exactly what you can count on. This company represents all the qualities any of us would want when remodeling a room in our home. They are trust worthy, they have integrity, they are honest, committed to doing outstanding work, dependable, are there for you when you need them, and overall a company you will NOT be disappointed with. I highly recommend KBF for all your renovation and remodeling needs. I have come to know them over the past few years, and I consider them friends. After researching several companies for our remodel, we decided to hire KBF after meeting Keith, Ashley and Melissa - their knowledge, experience, and professionalism put us completely at ease and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Ashley and Melissa were our design team, and they did a fantastic job turning our wish list into a reality that resulted in remodeling a large part of our living areas. KBF removed part of a wall to open up our dining room and enlarge our kitchen entrance, removed Roman pillars and added a square entryway, replaced the flooring we had throughout the house with a beautiful hardwood floor, re-tiled our fireplace, added woodwork to our kitchen island, and painted our kitchen cabinets - and that isn’t even a complete list of everything they did. The KBF staff and subcontractors were highly skilled, polite, and always cleaned up when they were done working for the day. KBF regularly communicated with us regarding our project’s progress and timely responded to any questions we had. We love the result of KBF’s design and work, and we will definitely be hiring KBF when we’re ready to remodel our bathrooms.

After many consults, KBF was a shining star from the start. They listened to our unique ideas and gave amazing feedback to achieve our goals! They gave us options that included everything we could ever ask for, as well as options that would be more budget friendly and obviously let us have free reign on the choices made. The digital viewing session was vital to exploring how our kitchen remodel would actually look and the entire team was very patient in bringing new ideas to the table if we didn’t like something suggested. The construction was streamlined and we dealt with a few consistent crews that we came to know by name. Design professionals Ashley and Melissa, along with their team of professionals did an exceptional job in making sure all aspects of our master bathroom project were done correctly.. They lived up to their word and for that I commend them.. We had waited a long time to have the MB renovated, wanted the best. and turnkey. Although it was over our budget (we knew that going into the project ), We got what we paid for - it is BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you !

I would definitely not recommend this company. They totally disregarded my concerns as the owner. Left my kitchen in an unusable state and now that they have been paid will not answer emails. A horrible experience!

We waited a long time to remodel our master suite which includes a very large bathroom. All I can say is WOW! KBF knocked it out of the park. Very organized, professional and quality. They more than exceeded our expectations. Great communication throughout the project. Can't wait to start our kitchen with KBF in a few months. Highly recommend. Great job KBF team!

Let me start by saying I'm a very organized and careful about choosing or accepting things and people. Anyway, I found the house of my dream in East Orlando. However, I wanted to make it a part of me. So I hired the professionals at KBF designer Gallery to put my taste on everything. (Keith) At KBF came out and looked at my place and asked what would I like to do ? Now I'm retired military so I really didn't know a particular style so I just explained what I wanted. So he took pictures and measurements and left. After a few days he called back and asked if I could meet him at his business. So of course I went. As soon as I went through the door I was in Ah. There were displays of his work. I was so impressed with all the coordination of colors and patterns. It was amazing. So I knew I was in good hands. When we sat down and he showed me what he had created I was blown away. His knowledge and ability to pick exactly what i had in mind was amazing. I could go on and on about the professionalism of this company from start to finish. I highly recommend you first step is to contact KBF. They design to your taste and budget. AMAZING.

I would highly recommend KBF to anyone considering Kitchen/Bath/Floor remodel or construction. Everyone on staff is professional, courteous, highly qualified in their area of expertise and work as a team to ensure best possible results. Contractors arrived when they said they would, completed their tasks in a timely, professional manner and always cleaned up after each encounter. The kitchen remodel exceeded my expectations, from design to quality craftsmanship.

From the design team, to the demo team, to the various tradesmen, they were professional, thorough, and clean. They explained each task, answered all phone calls, and showed up when they said they would. The team answered all questions and returned phone calls and emails promptly.
