We can't thank Keenan Homes enough for helping us with our exterior home renovation project! From color and product selection to communication and project management Keenan Homes did not disappoint. Kudos to Keenan Homes! Pat helped us navigate the process of a roof replacement with our insurance company. After speaking with a number of contractors, Pat was the most competitive and committed to our needs. His team knocked out the roof replacement in one day. There was a big rain the following day that washed a bunch of nails out of the gutter, but no leaks!! We'll be calling Keenan Homes the next time we need a quality repair. CHEERS!

We had a roof leak in the summer of 2015 that Keenan Homes repaired with a temporary solution before replacing it later that summer. We then replaced our front door through Keenan Homes. Working with Pat and his crew was so nice. Pat is very knowledgeable about all things construction, is really nice, and is responsive. His crew is terrific, fast and very neat and clean. After hearing so many horror stories about construction, especially roofing, we were a bit apprehensive about the project, but it could not have gone better! We had such a wonderful experience working with Keenan Homes. We received a few quotes before we started working with them and found them to be the best as far as pricing and responsiveness. It was a big project (roof, siding, gutters, paint, trim and installation of two new doors) and they took care of us every step of the way. We worked with them for about 4 months (start to finish) and their team was great! They completely transformed the look of our home. We started with a home that looked straight out of the 70s to a home that now looks like it was built last year.

Keenan Homes is top notch. They are a hands-on company that follows through with every step of the process. They have access to some of the best subcontractors and workers out there. They are kind and care about the job and the outcome. They did a number of projects on our house, including replacing the roof, gutters, downspouts, windows and siding. They helped us find and hire contractors for other projects, including installation of wood floors, painting and landscaping. They stayed on top of things and were so easy to work with. Not only would I hire them again, I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Don't look any further. Keenan Homes is the very best.
