We couldn't be happier with our dealings with Traci Kelley and Kelley Design Group. Starting with a crude sketch of a stack of boxes and our desire to try and bring the outside inside and constrained by a very limited budget, Traci delivered a beautiful and innovative design that we love. Over a number of zoom meetings and exchanges of preliminary plans, she responded to all of our suggestions and requests with clever solutions, resulting in a design that not only delighted us, but won over everyone who worked on the project.

The entire team at Kelley Design Group was an absolute delight to work with! They took everything we told them in terms of what we wanted and provided exactly what we were looking for (even if we didn't know exactly what that was when we started)! They were incredibly responsive to our feedback and were a perfect mix of providing their expertise/guidance and accommodating our asks when responding. They collaborated extremely well with our builder and dealt with the quirkiness of the topography of our lot flawlessly. We are so happy we chose Kelley Design Group and couldn't recommend them more!

Traci and Jordan were great to work with for a design/permit/build project that included an ADU and main house on a lot in Crestview. They were efficient and very communicative when we had questions and needed updates along the way. Permitting was about as easy as it gets and they know how to deal with the COA and get the work done. Our company has habitually tuned to Traci for her professional work in building design for our investor house designs. Her wealth of knowledge, award winning designs and practical application of the human element of a building are part of what it is that keeps us coming back.

Traci Kelley designed two completed residential homes for us, and two more that are in development, for east Austin. They are excellent examples of the Modern Farmhouse style, with appealing exteriors and extremely well planned and comfortable interiors. Our design requirements were to "condo-ize" our single lot to support two separate homes, and Traci used every square inch allowed by the city to maximize the utility and beauty of her designs. One of our two homes at 909 Linden went under contract months before completion. Our second project is just a block away from another of her projects, for different clients. Both houses there sold within days of coming on market, demonstrating her appeal to homeowners. Even the subcontractors on the site have commented with approval of the house designs, and they see a lot of houses. Traci's services went beyond providing a design on paper, to assisting with Austin planning, permitting and inspection issues during construction. Her encyclopedic knowledge of building requirements and rules helped speed our project from planning through completion. Our second project had issues with heritage trees (often a development nightmare) and Traci ended up using them in her design, making them a focal point from sunroom windows in one home. We will use her again in future on our projects, and will enjoy doing so.

Traci Kelley is a very talented designer with great knowledge and insight of building design. She is a good listener and is very much in tune with her client's style and needs. It was a great pleasure and a great learning experience to work with Traci to design my dream contemporary home. Her attention to details is amazing, her response is fast, she is on top of everything all the way to the end. I hired an architect before Traci but ended the contract because he did not get what I wanted. When I found Traci, she immediately understood what I wanted and drew up a plan that I was very excited about. It was a great experience to work with Traci Kelley and I highly recommend her for your home design projects.
