We appreciated Kwasi's collaborative style. He listens well and we easily iterated on several stages of the design process for our kitchen, master bath, upstairs laundry and screen porch. Kwasi had creative ideas for how to use our existing space which we had never considered. We are very pleased with the results and how easy it was to work with Kwasi and the full Case team.

We are thrilled with our screen porch project designed and built by Case Design. Thanks to an excellent design work the porch is integrated nicely into the back of our house and it seems as if it always belonged there. Kwasi is amazing! We came to him with a request for a modern addition at a reasonable price and he delivered a design that we absolutely love! He really listened to what we were saying and came up with something that fit our style perfect.

After seeing vanilla designs from another firm, Kwasi impressed us right off the bat with a striking modern design that fit with our existing house. He was flexible and fast with changes, even giving us the 3d model to play with. Outstanding architect to work with!

This was a complex project that involved remodeling, restructuring and updating the kitchen, dining area den and powder room. Kwasi our architect developed a solution which was both elegant and practical. Kwasi had the ability to combine form and function into a harmonious outcome that delighted us - and still does after almost 3 years. He listened carefully to our ideas and expressed his own recommendations with great clarity. For example, he recommended removing a support column which opened up the space to the solarium and our back garden. He assured us that a metal beam would insure the integrity of the structure. The Engineer subsequently agreed. Kwasi also recommended altering the dimensions of the powder room which jutted into the den. It was difficult for us to visualze what the impact would be. Kwasi provided us with 3 dimensional drawings which enabled us to grasp the concept.Our guests invariably say "Wow" when they walk in to our kitchen/den area and they always ask for contact information for Case. Kwasi was an excellent team player. It was indeed a pleasure to work with him.

I hired Case to do a complex addition of two bedrooms and a bathroom on top of an existing sunroom. They did an amazing job with a project that had so many facets, constraints and requirements that it could have easily gone awry. Kwasi and the entire Case team were professional, honest, fair, accommodating and performed amazing work. They pointed out any mistakes they made that we wouldn't have notices, and proceeded to fix them right away. They worked hard every day and finished the complex project ahead of schedule. I could not have been more pleased and would highly and confidently recommend them to anyone. It was perhaps the best experience I have had with a contractor on a complex project. Like they say, "you get what you pay for!"

Kwasi listened carefully to what we envisioned for our porch and worked with us to achieve it. Together we made revisions, pondered the results, and as well executed changes we had to make due to town and county requirements. Throughout Kwasi was responsive and helpful. I recommend him and the whole Case team very highly.

We began with only one goal: To renovate an unsafe, outdated master bath with the goal of an aging-in-place bathroom. However, we were unfamiliar with design concepts, techniques or products to consider in order to reach our goal. In meeting numerous times with John and Kwasi, we were walked through available options ranging in price from $40,000 to $100,000 and the benefits and drawbacks of each. John and Kwasi raised issues, questions and options we had never considered. This process enabled us to narrow the options significantly and begin focusing on the design options. Again, the issues and questions raised by John and Kwasi provided invaluable assistance enabling us to make wise design decisions. Once the design process was complete, John and Kwasi offered considerable advice and assistance in moving forward to select materials and products for the project, even accompanying us to the showroom to make certain that the products selected would be consistent with the measurements of the space. In short, both gentlemen provided superior guidance throughout the entire process, exhibited intense interest in making certain we were pleased with the process and often, above and beyond the call of duty, troubleshot and provided assistance. We found this entire experience positive and successful and would and have recommended these two gentlemen to anyone. We are very pleased with the results and the professionalism of this team.
