K-Samone did an awesome job on my bathroom renovation. Because I know myself and how visual I am, for this job, I was looking for someone with a modern aesthetic who would be able to draw the design and scale it before we started procuring. I also needed someone who would be comfortable with me asking questions. Upon initial meeting, Kay was able to hand draw a layout and go thru technically the good and bad that I was asking. She also understood that the new design should be cohesive with the style I was working towards. After work together started, she was able to give 3D rendering which included the lighting plan. The rendering looks very much like the final room design. Kay was also able to fill the gap of some issues with general contractor… she put the customer first. I highly recommend K-Samone!

K-Samone has been a joy to work with so far. She is very knowledgeable and prepared top notch, high quality plans and designs. Every contractor I’ve worked with who has seen her attention to detail, designs, and project breakdown has been thoroughly impressed. Many of them respond by saying they’ve never seen anything like it. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with with K-Samone and Co. If I build again, I’d choose her again.
