"FINDING BEAUTY IN EVERY HOME" La Bella Home is a North Bay boutique home service that offers professional real estate sales, full or partial remodeling, renovation project management, staging and design. As a licensed real estate professional, I see homes from both the sellers and the buyers needs as an important financial investment as well as from the design perspective that speaks to how we live in our homes. I love working with buyers to find and visualize their dream home or investment property. For those selling their homes, I help them improve the value of their home before putting it on the market. Sometimes it is just paint and some new plantings and other times it is a quick cosmetic facelift to maximize the homes appeal and selling price. I can then fully stage the house, create professional marketing materials and negotiate the sale. I work with investors to find unique properties that add to their real estate portfolios, whether it's residential income property or commercial property. From the design side my focus is in creating beautiful harmonious environments that elevate each property and showcases the best features through balance, scale, flow and color. Whether you need real estate representation, color consultation, a kitchen re-design, staging to sell your home or a remodel, La Bella Home can help you create a beautiful and warm environment. My specialty is mixing high and low furnishings with upcycled finds, antiques and organic materials within your budget, to make your home uniquely yours. Holly, gave us great advice on what to update in our home before we made it ready to sell. She had an objectivity paired with great taste and a collaborative attitude. Her staging was spot on and completely fit our contemporary Spanish-styled home. March 2020 was a challenging time to sell a home. But the beautiful photos of the staged home got nearly 2000 social media views in a month. The right buyer found us based on the photos of her staging. I'll use La Bella Home again!

I am a real estate agent who depends on Holly to stage homes so everyone who walks in the door wants to live there. Some of my clients have been so delighted with Holly's transformation of their old home they have used her services to make their new home look just as wonderful. Holly is intuitive about both homes and people. You will immediately feel comfortable with her. She understands your home must please you. In staging, the home must please a wide range of people and she succeeds at that. She has a gentle way of explaining what is working and not working for you in your home and why and what the solution is. A great way to start with Holly is to have her consult about paint colors. After working with Holly I would always get advice before painting.

Holly Barker Lee at La Bella Home was phenomenal! She was hired by our Realtor to stage our home. She worked very hard to make our home look as best it could - no home is perfect and she highlighted its best features. The house never looked so good and her advice on how far to take the staging/painting provided us with a very high offer the day it was listed. She listens very well and kept all your wishes in mind even if it wasn't necessarily how she would like it. We were so impressed, we hired her to help with our interior design in our new home. She was even more impressive in listening to our entirely different vision of our new home and we could not be happier with how it has turned out. It was worth every penny!

Holly did a terrific job and, because of her great styling, our house sold within a week! She was very responsive to our timing needs, has great furniture and accessories that can work for any room in the house, and went beyond what we asked her to do, just so the house looked its best. Holly was also very competitive in her pricing, which we appreciated after spending more money than we expected in doing renovations in preparation for selling the house. We found Holly delightful to work with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking to get top dollar for their home.
