After several disappointing consults with landscaping firms, we happened upon Landvision Designs during a visit to Homewood Nursery. From our initial visit to the completed project, we couldn't be more satisfied. The folks at Landvision, from our designer to the crew chief and his workers, were fabulous to work with. What started as a bare slate for a backyard, turned into our little oasis with beautiful landscaping, patios, walls and water feature. Daniel evaluated our current landscaped yard, listened to our "desired changes", made recommendations of adding two Magnolia Trees, one Japanese Maple tree, and several new plants to a hill side bed. He also reviewed our irrigation system and outside lighting system and consulted on improvements in both. Daniel gave us his plan, the cost associated and a date he would schedule the work. On the day scheduled -Undesirable plants were removed, new plants were installed, mulch was added, irrigation lines were "improved" / added, a bed for the new Magnolia Trees was enlarged, new outside lights were added to our current system, and the area was so clean it looked like no one had been there. Daniel and his team were courteous, professional, and communicated with us each step of the process. The overall experience was stellar- A great value for the work done and we would recommend them highly to friends and family.

Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Phone calls and e-mails are returned promptly, and every deadline was met. Landvision was able to correct a drainage issue that truly was causing us considerable stress (and mess!). They did so with professionalism and creativity, and at a very fair price. We look forward to working with them in the future as we execute the comprehensive plan they developed for our property. We contacted Landvision to design a backyard environment to compliment our new siding and deck. We met with Daniel to discuss what it was we liked and what we wanted to do with the space. Daniel took our intial ideas and drew up a plot plan with costs included. Daniel was very helpful and patient with us while we modified his original plot plan to fit not only our wants, but our budget. We decided to build a stamped concrete patio adjacent to our deck and landscape aound both structures and along the exterior of the backyard. Daniel is very knowledgable and helped us pick planitngs that would be low maintenance and provide year-round color. The job was completed on-time and on-budget. We could not be happier with Daniel and Landvision Designs.

I wanted to thanks Daniel John and his crew for our recent landscaping project. This was the second year they have competed a project for us. We could not be anymore please with the design and they way he worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. The plants are amazing and i cant wait for these to grow to the desired heights. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Landvision Designs on two different projects. A couple of years ago they did some landscaping for us and we were so happy with the outcome that we contacted them again when we decided to upgrade our patio. We were hoping for a design that blended with our existing landscape as well as with the style of our home and they totally delivered. Their designer was very flexible and most accommodating during the initial design phase and also with our last minute “own the job” changes. They have an excellent team of installers that brought our project to life. Every member of the Landvision Designs team is a professional, but they are also quite personable, which makes the disruption of construction a much better experience.
