Andrew responded to my request for a quote quickly - he provided a detailed quote, and MORE THAN delivered on the project. The guys that were working here were lovely - friendly, polite, clean and I have to say the results are beyond what I expected. The project started and ended on time, equipment was moved in and out of our laneway safely (no lines damaged - almost always an issue). We all agree - my driveway will be the envy of this laneway. I would absolutely hire them again, and would recommend them to others. Thank you.

We decided to build a laneway home so my elderly parents could move in and be closer to us, since they need our help and support. From day one, working with Andrew and his team was a really positive experience. They were proactive, responsive, and easy to work with from the design stage all the way through construction. The project stayed on schedule and on budget, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We also ran into an issue with an open basement permit left behind by a previous underpinning company that hadn’t closed it properly. Andrew stepped in and took care of it, helping us get the permit closed and making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. Andrew and his team are wonderful to work with. We’re truly grateful for their support and very happy with our laneway home.

I hired Andrew and Iris to rebuild a garage and to build a garden suite in my backyard. I started with a very broad vision but with no idea how to turn that vision into a reality. They led me through the entire process, everything from working with an architect to getting the permits to building and even helping with interior design ideas. They even referred me to a landscaper to deal with the stuff not included in the scope of the project. They are reliable and were involved in every detail and always looked for ways to save money, improve the space and creatively lay things out.
