Linda and her team did a fabulous job on the new home we bought earlier this year. The construction of the home is lovely, but it was really Linda's design that captivated us: she has a high end, stunning, elegant yet casual flair that we love! Since purchasing the home, she has helped me with several requests and she is always wonderful to work with: great suggestions, efficient and easy!! I would HIGHLY recommend this group!

As we embarked on a new single family home build in Old Naples it was Linda’s proven track record of successfully working with respected local home builders that made us seek out her expertise. Her background both as a real estate professional and designer has proven to be invaluable. She understands the Naples market and astutely guides her clients accordingly. She has counseled us on key decisions and helped us avoid costly mistakes. Her design sensibility is superb. She is a pleasure in all respects. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire her firm.

I cannot imagine my recent building project without the aid of Linda and for staff. She was on board from beginning to end, working closely with architect and builder. She paid close attention to detail, was always available for meetings and kept me fully informed. Her impeccable taste for interior design and furnishings helped me create a home I love. In the process, I made a dear friend. That is the best outcome for any project.

Linda and her team are the best! She was the creative visionary of the last two homes that we've built in Naples. She was involved in the process from the beginning of construction and did a seamless job of coordinating our entire home design and construction process with our builder. As much as I would like to take credit for the recent renovation of my villa in Naples, FL, I cannot, as I owe it all to Linda Sonders Design. Linda worked relentlessly to find the perfect villa for me to renovate. Once she identified the property, she negotiated the price and handled all of the real estate transactions, which was the easy part for Linda. After the closing, Linda went straight to work. This is the area where Linda shines! She took one look at the space and instantly recognized exactly what needed to be done. She hired the archtiect, the contractors and many of the subs. She managed the entire project with confidence...walls were moved, bathrooms were added and decisions were made “on the fly.” Linda transformed my dated villa to a fresh, current space one would be proud to call Home. It’s absolutley beautiful! Linda is smart and articulate and her attention to detail speaks for itself. Linda’s services go far beyond interior design, as she (with the help of her fabulous team) offer the full package..realtor, project manager and interior designer. I highly recommend Linda Sonders Design as she will exceed all of your expectations!

I have used LSD (the design firm, not the psychedelic drug) on two major projects; about to be three. As an example of the breadth of Linda and her team's creativity, the first home project was an original 1850-era hunting lodge (think Ralph Lauren-esque) in CT, the second was a beach cottage in FL and now the third is a modern Scandinavian-inspired farmhouse/industrial waterfront new home (also in CT). Her ability to immerse herself in various styles is testament to her diverse aesthetic sensibilities. The exceptional finales of the projects were a function of all of the small details done very well; with truly personal homes that were/are perfect for how our family lives, works and plays. Linda is also part-clairvoyant, with a sharp attention to detail; often seeing things that even my fairly-trained eye would have missed. I highly recommend Linda and her design team.

Linda Sonders helped us find our house, negotiated the price, selected and managed all the contractors and once the house was stripped to the studs she led the design effort for the entire interior and exterior of the home. My wife and I were so impressed with her work that we have just hired her to design and manage the construction of another waterfront home in Rowayton, CT.

I had the pleasure to photograph one of Linda's Homes last fall and immediately was impressed by the overall warmth and elegant design. As you walk around the house, room by room, you got the feeling of comfort, you can tell that every attention to detail was thoroughly thought out. It was a very large, open home, but you felt part of it, not lost in it. You just wanted to hang out and have a drink, shoot some pool or go for a swim. Linda and her team were great to work with, full collaboration and open to ideas, in the end the photographs we created are gorgeous, but that design made it easy.

We have worked with Linda Sonders and team on multiple projects.Our initial project was the interior design of an existing home. Following that was the remodel of that home and finally a design from the ground up of a new home. Linda headed the design team and worked closely with the architect, builder and was our design project manager on every facet of the project. Linda has great insight, design knowledge and vision that were directed at meeting the needs we outlined. She caught critical changes that were necessary, has a great relationship with numerous vendors and kept a critical eye on completion goals and budgets. Linda respected our input, was beyond efficient in addressing questions and executed decisions and orders selected in a timely manor. We will continue to work with Linda and her design team on any future projects and highly recommend her services.

Linda and her team are a JOY to work with! I am currently in the middle of my second remodel with Linda. She and her group are highly professional. No matter what your taste or budget, they do their best to work in your parameters. Linda's knowledge of construction, plumbing, and electrical makes it very easy for the builders to work with her. She doesn't just fluff pillows and arrange flowers! She stays on time on schedules, keeps you up to date on orders, and sends you all material needed for making the right choices on your homes design elements. After I finish this major project, I would like to get in to flipping small condos with her team.

Out of all the decisions that go into building a custom home, choosing to work with Linda Sonders Design was by far the best. Linda has a unique skill set in that she understands design (placement of duct work vis-a-vis lighting, architectural details, etc) as well as having a wonderful decorating aesthetic. Without Linda's guidance on this project, we would've ended up with a much different home. We love our new home and it's in large part due to Linda's involvement.
