I have utilized Lori Falk Interior Design on several occasions and have been very happy with her professionalism, helpfulness and most importantly the outcome of the project. Whether is was picking out new curtains and wall hangings to new counter tops and flooring Lori has helped refresh my 20 year old home to give it a new more modern look and all while staying within budget. I live in a rental building that has a very difficult Management Co. As a result Lori was faced with many challenges - all of which she met in a very professional manner with style and grace and got all tasks accomplished. Lori Falk Interior Design hired our company to bring life to her vision. Lori designed everything...the beautiful window treatments, the crown molding, the paint colors/finishes, the new wood flooring even the ceiling beams to hide the ceiling fan electrical... She was extremely methodical with her time management. She coordinated what was going to be done when and juggled the bedroom and living room renovation with complete control. Lori kept her clients comfort and convenience as the number 1 priority the entire time. Lori is very focused as well as being very understanding of unforeseen situations. She works well with building management and their requirements and comes up with solutions quickly, again keeping her clients satisfaction her priority. She helped me totally renovate my bathroom (down to the studs) and picked out a rug and coffee table for my living room. Member Comments: I have a 5x7 bathroom that hadn't been renovated since about 1947 - it was toothpaste green and black, and desperately in need of an update. I was totally overwhelmed with all the decisions that had to be made, and Lori was an absolute godsend. I couldn't have redone the bathroom without her. She spoke to me over the phone and then came to the apartment to do a "home visit." During these first meetings, she right away understood my taste and the look I was going for. She offered suggestions not only about design, but also construction and appliance choices. Once we agreed to work together, she did a wonderful job picking out everything (tile, bathtub, faucets, paint colors, the works) and met me at Home Depot to show me samples as well as what she had in mind. Once we agreed on the design, she recommended contractors, and created a detailed and helpful Excel spreadsheet with each item, the item #, where it should be put in the bathroom, and notes. This let me not only speak knowledgeably to contractors, but also to comparison shop and make sure I found the best deals for each item. Long story short, the bathroom turned out better than I could have hoped for. It is beautiful, easy to maintain, restful, and looks much bigger and brighter than before. It looks modern, and clean, and yet still natural. I highly recommend Lori for any bathroom renovation. And when I save up the money for a ktichen redo, she'll be the first person I call! The rug and coffee table came out great too.

Two years later, I am still enjoying the bedroom that Lori did. It was such a success, that we hired her again to redo the kitchen and dining room. Once again, we were very happy with the results, and find ourselves congratulating ourselves for our good judgement. Hire her...you will be very happy, for a long time.
