We hired JP Malone, Kevin & Deb , to remodel our new home we had just bought. They had built the house originally so we were thrilled when we found out they were available to do the job. The details they brought to the table are the what made the final results so wonderful for us. They were very concerned about our interests for the project and gave us amazing suggestions where we needed help, which was most of the remodel. They continue to help us as we finalize our decorating and have always been available for questions. Coming from a family owned business ourselves , we so appreciate their concern for quality, honesty and keeping their word.

We worked with Kevin and Deb Malone on our Arizona 'dreamhome', designed to be a getaway for our entire family. The Malone Team not only understood, but shared our vision of this home. We used JP Malone for a large 6 month remodel of a 1978 Scottsdale home. From the first meeting to the punch list upon completion of the project we are totally satisfied. The design process involved learning what our vision while overlaying Deb and Kevin’s creativity. When construction began, nearly every day work was proceeding. The attention to detail of the construction was amazing leading to an outstanding finished product. Overall, we highly recommend JP Malone for remodels.

We highly recommend JP Malone Construction! Deb and Kevin are great team. We worked with them on the design, renovation and furnishing of an older home outside of Phoenix. Deb has tremendous vision and really nailed the look we were trying to achieve on this renovation. Kevin battled through the construction portion to create a home that is sound and has quality finishes. The scope of the project included moving walls, electrical & plumbing, updating kitchen and guest baths, gutting the master suite, custom carpentry, new flooring, new roof, windows and doors, new HVAC and water heaters, and updating the landscaping. We have built or renovated over a dozen homes in 5 states. You always expect some minor problems but this renovation uncovered some serious major issues. This is where the Malones really stand out from the crowd. Kevin did a lot of research about our issues and found the right experts to advise us. And they stayed committed to the project to do a good, quality job- to make it right- not just for us but because their name is on the project. We believe JP Malone's commitment to quality work is what sets them apart from most general contractors. We highly recommend them and would be happy to work with them again.

JP Malone Construction completed three separate remodel projects for us during the last eight years. One was a $1M+ home remodel and the other two were commercial medical office remodels. We are still just amazed at how beautifully everything turned out. JP Malone greatly exceeded our expectations in every way. Not a day goes by without at least one of our patients remarking how wonderful our office now looks. We found that JP Malone was honest, cost-conscious, easy to work with, and offered numerous design ideas that made the result so much better.
