I worked with Reuter Homes a couple of years ago on a residential waterfront project in Newport Beach that I designed. Mark is the perfect combination of professionalism and construction knowledge. His ability to organize a wide variety of sub-trades is phenomenal. I highly recommend Mark for homeowners who appreciate and expect exemplary service.

Mark was our general contractor on a an upgrade to a classical 10,000 square foot home in the Historical District of Belmont Shores. The upgrade included replacing a wood shingled hand cut roof that was steeply peaked and in French Tudor style. Mark and his vendors had to meet the strict requirements of the Historical Society as well as the particular standards of the owners. Mark's knowledge and resources as well as his commitment to quality work were impeccable. The demands of this job were very high. Mark was not only always professional, he was also never daunted by the custom nature of the work. You could not find a more congenial and intelligent contractor in the industry. Mark exceeded the expectations of the owners, met budgets and deadlines and went beyond good customer service and working relationships with every city department and vendor involved in this project. I highly recommend his services and suggest meeting with Mark before you make a decision on your home upgrade, foundation to finish.

Having known Mark for years, and seen many of his projects, I didn't hesitate to hire him to remedy an extensive problem with the foundation of my cliff side home. He did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, designing and executing a efficient remedy for a reasonable price. All the while, he was most pleasent. . .a nice guy to be around.

I've known Mark Reuter since 2002 when we purchased our new home that he built. I can't say enough good things about him or my beautiful home. He's been my go-to person for anything regarding my home...especially after my husband passed away five years ago. After all these years, Mark still cheerfully answers my calls & assists however he can. He's one of my favorite people.
