Melissa has great attention to detail, and an eye for putting materials together. When we went to our first design consultation, she had a selection of tile, hardware, cabinet woods, and counter tops for us. We looked at her combination and just said "Yes!". All of this. Her plan was so cohesive and she brought the floorpan that we wanted to life. During the construction process, she was fully informed on the progress and was there to answer questions and troubleshoot the inevitable glitches. (like when our backsplash tile was delayed by the store for 6 weeks). We are so happy with our kitchen - it is a dream come true.

We were so happy to find Melissa at Kenwood Kitchens. She is so talented and easy to communicate with. When I described in general terms the look I was going for she would immediately show me samples that fit the bill (we had eight different areas in need of cabinets). In addition she suggested practical design features that made the function of the cabinetry so much better. She is absolutely top notch.

Melissa is fantastic. My husband and I wandered into Kenwood Kitchens on a whim one rainy spring afternoon and were fortunate enough to meet Melissa. We spoke with her about our ideas for a kitchen remodel but weren't sure if we wanted to build out or stay within the confines of our existing space. Melissa listened to us and came up with three options for us to consider. We opted to stick with the existing space and Melissa worked with us patiently on our MANY tweaks to the layout (my husband is an architect so he had many thoughts!). She helped me with my indecisiveness on cabinet finishes and counter tops and kept us informed on schedules. Her schedule and budget were right on and she addressed any issues (there weren't many) right away. I would highly recommend Melissa and will be calling her when I'm ready to do a bathroom remodel. Melissa gave me the kitchen I have always desired. She listened to my wants/desires and came up with a plan to fit within my budget. Everything was handled professionally and within the estimated time frame. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a new kitchen/ bath in the near future

Melissa was great to work with on the kitchen and bath cabinets for our new home. She was extremely helpful explaining the various types of cabinets (who knew there were so many), assisting in selecting the door style to fit me, and extremely patient as it took me forever to select the right "white" to go with my granite. Most importantly, Melissa was there for the measuring and worked with the builder to ensure they were properly installed. She really put a lot of thought into how the fume hood trim work matched up with the ceiling trim, which was not an easy to do task. I recommend Melissa as a fantastic, interested, and patient kitchen and bath designer - her efforts and eye really show through in our kitchen.

Melissa was a fabulous designer to work with from start to finish! We totally remodeled our kitchen to include removing walls and expanding into a larger space. Melissa was with us every step of the way to make sure ALL bases were covered. She is knowledgeable, sharp, and committed. She always delivered on-time--that was quite a big deal with not having a kitchen for 8+ weeks with a family of 6! I would definitely recommend working with Melissa as well as Kenwood Kitchens and I would use them for future projects should they come up.
