Suzanne is incredible to work with! I hired her to help me select fixtures, tile, and lighting. She interviewed me to understand my needs and was able to take me in a direction I never expected! My friends can't stop talking about my house. I'd love to take credit, but I couldn't have done anything without her help!

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Victorian in San Francisco and gave Suzanne full control of my remodel. I showed her a few of the houses that I liked from magazines and Houzz and what she has created is nothing short of spectacular. I have never worked with someone with her attention to detail and the patience to ensure everything was exactly as she envisioned it. Each time a piece of furniture arrived or fixtures were installed I found myself more and more excited to see it all coming together. She has truly created the exquisite sanctuary I so desperately needed.

Suzanne worked with me and my husband to complete an entire remodel of our 3-bedroom house on Shelter Island, NY. I had the great fortune of finding Suzanne’s Modern Organic Interiors web site when I began internet searching outside of my geographic area for design assistance. I had not found a local designer who both shared the clean, organic, warm aesthetic that I was hoping to create and showed sincere interest in our project. I contacted Suzanne and asked if she would be willing to try a remote design project, which was a bit of a leap of faith for both of us. I can truthfully say that this was the single most important and rewarding decision I made on our remodel. Suzanne is a gifted designer with a deep sense of beauty, harmony, and proportion. She is a thorough professional, responsive, a great listener and communicator, and a delight to work with. The dedication and attention to detail she gave to our project was a source of enormous support and comfort during the long and at times stressful remodel. She provided design concepts and selection options that instantly got to the heart of the feel we wanted to create for our home but pushed our imagination further. She went to great lengths to coordinate with the rest of the remodel team from across the country, research local sources where we could see samples in person, and identify products made from natural, organic materials that stayed within our budget. We never felt that our project suffered from the distance between the site and our designer, since Suzanne instantly grasped a sense of the space and what we hoped to create, and she always ensured clear communication through multiple channels. We are very grateful to Suzanne for the gift of our beautiful home that took our initial inspiration to an entirely new level, and for the opportunity to work with and learn from such a wonderful designer and warm person.
