Construction services did a great job following my architectural plans to the T. The overall project turned out exactly what I had planned with the clients. They were easy to work with and did a great job. The client had a very good experience working with them.

Finding a home remodeling contractor who is trust-worthy, professional, and does quality work at a reasonable price is very important to me. So, I carefully screened prospective contractors referred by family, acquaintances, and public reviews. I selected Cassady Monsen from Construction Services based on a very favorable recommendation from a personal reference who had used him for her kitchen remodel and my impression after having met him. I liked his work style and felt most comfortable with Cassady compared to all the contractors I interviewed. His bid was thorough and he was responsive, accommodating, and respectful of my needs and requests. He provided several suggestions that I took and ended up loving. His crew and sub-contractors did a beautiful job on my kitchen remodeling. Not only they did do a great job on my kitchen, but they were also very friendly and nice folks. Some of them have worked for the company for more than a decade. They cleaned up neatly at the end of each day. When any issue arose, they promptly took care of it, even after the job was completed about a year later, hassle free. Cassady went beyond the call of duty. When I asked for his help to lay out area rugs for the living, dining, and bedroom, since the carpet cleaning company did not provide this service of moving heavy furniture, he gladly sent someone along with him to do it for me as a favor. Because it was such a pleasure working with Cassady due to the great job he did and his professionalism, I have selected him to remodel my bathrooms and manage the expansion of the master bedroom. That speaks for itself!

Construction Services was a wonderful company to work with. Our project was an addition of an ensuite to the main house. We had rigid City codes to work with and Cassady Monsen and his crew were very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating to all our requests. The quality of work was beyond excellent and materials used were all of very high standard.

Choosing a general contractor for a remodel of one's home is a risky decision, but we couldn't be more thrilled with our selection of Construction Services. Cassady and his team are top-notch. They were responsible for a remodel that began as a kitchen remodel and became a whole-house remodel. We feel like we live in a completely new, high-quality structured home, thanks to the work of Cassady, Martin, Juan, and team. Their electrical, tile, and other specialty providers are wonderful, and vey talented at their trades. We lived in the remodel during the entire project (5 months) and it was far easier than I ever expected it would be. The workers were respectful, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly every day, and were genuinely nice and great to interact with. They even communicated and worked with our own independent contractors that we chose for certain components of our remodel (e.g. flooring, painting, fireplace refacing) to ensure the job site operated smoothly. Processing change orders, billing, and payments was easy, efficient, and accurate. In general, the company truly feels like the perfect combination of a family business whom you really trust and get a good "gut feel" about, but who are very professional and really know everything there is to know about the business. Without a doubt, we would/will choose to work with Cassady and his team again on our future home improvements.

Construction Services was a pleasure to work with. Their estimate was clear and reasonable. I was informed up front of possible added costs. The work was done on time. There were problems, but the problems were resolved in a fair and professional manner. The job included cabinetry, two bathroom remodels, window replacement and the removal of a wall. I would call on Construction Services again.

As a designer who works with contractors on a daily basis, I have to say that Cassady in the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. He does solid work, is accountable, and truly cares about what the client wants, as opposed to just getting the job done. Just an absolute pleasure to work with, and I will definitely refer future clients.

Bob and Cassady Monsen were a pleasure to work with. This being our first remodel (added Master BR and bath, remodeled 2 baths and kitchen, added exterior hardscape) I don't have anything to compare them to, however in absolute terms I could not have asked for more. From walking us through the bid and helping us think through the issues our plans might create, to advice on particular processes or materials, to the day-to-day interaction, to the quality of the construction itself, Construction Services continually exceeded our expectations. The 5 month project came in a few days early and exactly on budget (except for the changes that came at our request :)). I hired a few subcontractors directly myself (HVAC and painting), and in the end wish I had just used Construction Services to handle the details for me. The construction crew and foremen were all extremely professional and courteous as well. I was so pleased with their work we hired them for our complete exterior remodel and landscaping project we just kicked off.

Complete remodel and addition of two upstairs bedroom. Along with landscaping and wonderful interior design help. The place is gorgeous and we enjoy our new home.

After a glowing report about Construction Services from our neighbor across the street who used them do extensive remodeling, we decided to go with them for the remodeling of our bathroom and our whole-house repiping. Not only was their work excellent, but it was their positive attitude and gracious nature whenever we asked them to redo something that most impressed us. They were on time, neat and professional. They really wanted to make sure that we were satisfied at every step of the way. Long after their work is done, you will appreciate their attention to detail. I know that we do.There is much more praise that I could write about this wonderful company, but just use them; there will be no "buyer's remorse".

Bob and Cassady Monsen did a complete remodel on our ranch-style home in San Jose in 2009, including a new kitchen, bathroom, front of the house, and second story. They transformed our small house into a spacious and comfortable home we adore. Bob and company completed our job on time with great attention to detail and superb quality, both in materials and craftmanship.
