New Generation Kitchen & Bath

So thrilled to have selected New Generation Kitchen & Bath (NGKB) to replace the countertops in two of the bathrooms in our house as my customer experience was an extremely pleasant one! Upon arrival to the store, I was greeted warmly by Phillip, who was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and cordially responsive to a multitude of questions! I was initially there to conduct comparison shopping at the time; however, the availability and competitive pricing of products (e.g., cabinetry, quartz countertops & sinks) prompted me to go ahead and initiate an order with Phillip for purchase and installation accordingly. I especially liked having the opportunity to raise the height of the countertop backsplash from 4” to 5” and order custom-made cabinets for the bathrooms if I so desired! The project from start to finish took approximately one month, and Phillip was diligent about providing intermittent updates. The installers, Jesse and Juan, were timely, organized, respectful of the property and noticeably competent. I appreciated the fact that NGKB owner, Allen—who also served as the project manager—took the time to QC the installation upon completion! Sending a special shout out to one of the contracted plumbers, Beto, who went above and beyond by providing a high level of service and expending the quality time to ensure that everything was functional and operational! So far, so good! I plan to return to NGKB for future kitchen or bathroom design and/or remodeling endeavors!

We hired New Generation Kitchen & Bath to remodel our master bathroom. This is the second project they have done for us, the first was a kitchen remodel. We were happy with the cost, as their bid was the lowest and the quality of the work was A+++. The project was completed on time and we were kept informed through out the process. We really appreciated the first rate customer service and they treated us like we were there first priority. We love our new bathroom.

We had a major bathroom remodel including tearing out the tub and building a walk in shower. Allen and Annie made the whole process very easy. Their show room is very nice and their design was perfect. They are very responsive to phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend.

Review of New Generation Kitchen and BathNovember 13, 2016 My wife and I saved thousands of dollars with New Generation Kitchen and Bath. I've had three different estimates with other companies of $30K, $27K, and $23K. Kitchen and Bath did it for under $18,000, and they did an excellent job on our kitchen. They have top-of-the-line cabinets with soft-close drawers and doors, and counter tops of your choice. Check out their beautiful showroom, they have plenty of samples for you to choose. The designer will print out a preview of your new kitchen or bath so that you will have a good idea of what the final product looks like. I thought this was neat; it's an added bonus. All personnel are friendly, courteous, and professional. Work was completed in two weeks, as scheduled. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, and I recommend them because they are the best!

This company is a true find!! Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and well worth the money spent. Definitely happy customers!
