Northman Marble & Granite

I got lucky when I discovered Northman! As with most people doing a remodel without a contractor, I was having a terrible time on selection, etc. Once I started working with Shelley, it all came together. Product selection, workmanship, follow through, service - all very good. I am extremely happy with my Quartz counters/waterfall and a bonus piece, calacatta gold marble too.

I worked with Northman marble and granite a few years back. They did a horrible job on my granite countertops. They cut into the drywall and left holes in the drywall. They said this needed to be done. I found out later it was because the countertop was not cut correctly. I was very disappointed. When I complained nothing was done. The owner came out and took a look. And agreed that this was a problem, but still did nothing. I was left with unfinished, crooked, holes in the wall countertops. Very disappointed and hurt that someone could do this and get away with it, and my money!

I recently worked with Northman on new counter tops for my kitchen remodel. I was very pleased with the outcome. The counters look fantastic! The installers did a great job and were in & out in a timely manner. The gentleman that did the template was helpful and answered all of my questions. I especially want to commend Jocelyn on her professionalism. I had some snags in the planning process which caused a delay (on my end) for them to be able to do the installation and she was very accommodating and always put me at ease. I would highly recommend Northman Marble & Granite for any residential counter top work.
