Repair to my home office following a water leak. Team moved my furniture & decor out of the room. They were able to find a solution to the problem which caused the leak. Made all necessary repairs to the affected exterior (paint, replaced decorative foam, adjusted gutter, stucco & caulked) Repaired interior damage (new drywall, texture, outlets, baseboard, new flooring, & paint). Moved all furniture & decor back into room & cleaned area. All work was done as detailed in the original estimate. No surprises.

This past year I had the privilege of working with NWC Construction as the Interior design on a project in Windermere, Florida. After over 20 years of designing, it was one of the best projects I have worked on, mostly because of Nathan and his team. What I liked best about Nathan was his "can do attitude". What an awesome experience! We can not imagine how Nathan keeps up with everything. He is a fantastic partner that clearly understands the vision we shared for our remodeled home. Over the course of the project he was very involved in all aspects of the work. He was always available and he was a great partner to us and to the many subs involved in the work. We hired Nathan Cross to remodel our mid-1980s home. The project involved a major redesign of the master bathroom, renovation of the kitchen, and updating of the remainder of the four bedroom house. We were very pleased with the service that Nathan and his team of quality subcontractors provided. I recently contracted with NWC Construction to renovate my home to make it handicap accessible for my disabled husband according to the Veterans Administration Adapted Housing Program. Mr. Cross was very knowledgable of VA requirements and worked with us to make sure everything was done accordingly, but he also made sure that the style of my home was maintained. He respected my wishes and worked with me every step of the way. He sloped my pavered entries and exits, added larger doors, enlarged and raised the shower in the bath, added hand rails and wood tiled the main floor all to accommodate a wheelchair. He did all of this and yet my home does not scream "handicapped". It is the same beautiful home, only enhanced. Throughout the job I constantly witnessed Nathan Cross's quality work and honest work ethics. My husband and I are very pleased with our "new" home and would highly recommend NWC Construction.

After interviewing three contractors I chose NWC for my remodeling project. The project was professionally managed by Nathan Cross. We received the benefit of his experience and dedication to the project. It was apparent that he had a vision for our kitchen/dining room and executed it on time with his team of carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. I would use NWC again for any remodeling job.
