We had a wonderful experience working with Paul and his team on our renovation. He was able to come up with a very smart design, maximizing every inch of space and light in a new duplex down while preserving and highlighting the character of our early 1900s condo building. Paul listened to our long list of needs and wants and checked all our boxes. He was responsive, pleasant, and always able to answer our questions. Most importantly, after using the new space for a few weeks, we can say with certainty the finished product exactly suits our lives, tastes, and needs. We would recommend turn collaborative any day!

Paul brought in vision, design & commitment to our project. Months after we built we continue to discover new and delightful aspects to the design. We took a 1950s 'block' of a home and turned it into organic living space that we'll enjoy for years. Very pleased....advise to consider Turn Collaborative! Make no small plans!

Paul has worked with us on two projects at our house, a master suite addition and a front porch/back yard space combination. In both cases, he was outstanding with listening to our feedback, generating ideas, and really designing the space for us and our specific needs. We get TONS of compliments on the designs, particularly the front porch design he did for us in 2016.

Paul helped create plans for an expansion to our existing home including a full second story addition. The project did grow in scope from what was originally anticipated. He is a true artist. My project would not have had the beauty it does without Paul. He brought amazing ideas that I would not have thought of on my own. When others saw the transformation of the property, they were amazed.

We hired Paul to design a first floor renovation to a 100-year old bungalow. Paul helped us work out a new traffic flow and new floor plan that fixed a number of problems with the original design. The new design flows smoothly and works well for a wide variety of situations. We get consistent compliments on the house and Paul's design work is a core element of that success

As a designer, I was able to work with Paul Benigno from Turn Collaborative on a complete gut rehab of an 1880's home on a double lot in a landmark district in Chicago. Paul was great to work with from every facet - creative and thoughtful, with a broad and deep knowledge of construction. I highly recommend working with him and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the near future!
