This exterior renovation centered on the need to replace a dilapidated 1 car garage with a 2 car garage with storage. Access to the existing home’s side and rear exit doors was the driving factor locating the new structures. A option was chosen which created an attached “shed” to capture outdoor space. The resulting cleanly detailed patio space acts as a backdrop for the new garage which interprets the home’s bungalow roots.
