Patina Living Co. is a full-service interior design studio based in Northern Virginia, creating beautiful spaces that are classic, timeless and livable. From large scale renovations and new builds, to single room projects, Renee and her team expertly design spaces that truly reflect those who live there. Our design philosophy is based on the belief that homes should be comfortable and livable while at the same time beautiful and curated. Our style mixes old with new, integrating textures and color, layered with pieces that feel travelled and have history. The only way to say it is that Renee is a genius at creating interiors that tell a story. Every space she designs is layered and interesting but also as beautiful and fresh as an English rose. They look and feel so home-y. I could get lost in her project images! She is a complete delight to work with, and it’s not too surprising that she’s also a great storyteller (that lovely accent!). I’m so glad I found her! I can’t wait to see what treasures she curates for Patina’s online store, not to mention more of the beautiful homes she designs for clients in VA, DC, and MD!

Renee did a fantastic job turning my home office into a beautiful and relaxing space. People walk into my office and tell me the space looks like something out of a magazine. All of her selections were impeccable and I know if I’d attempted to remodel my office on my own, the results wouldn’t have even come close to what Renee was able to create. Renee Yee is knowledgeable in interior design. She does a great job at listening and observing her clients needs and wants. After our initial consultation, she came with great ideas that both met what I was looking for as well as helping me to look outside the box. We're extremely happy with our gameroom/office design.
