Penny A. Bradley

Penny A. Bradley is an accomplished townhouse developer. Penny started her career in London, as a banker specializing in mid-corporate finance. It was this experience that laid the ground work for understanding property markets and building techniques. A move to New York in 1997, when Penny served as a director at the private bank Coutts & Co., led to an MBA from Columbia Business School. In short order, Penny was ready to found her real estate investment and development company. Penny has what it takes to succeed: She knows general construction and design. She understands the intricacies of layout, technology, style and finish. She understands finance and high level business development. Penny's rare blend of skills lets her deliver remarkable profitability. In addition to her own ventures, she is a sought-after consultant and owner's representative. Penny is currently building townhouses on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for two clients, and serves as an advisor to the developers Owners and Banks. Penny holds a NY Department of State Real Estate Broker's License.
