Great service, very respectful and responsive to requests, timelines, etc. They were very professional. Large scale project with some challenging areas that they were able to tackle and came up with some great solutions.

We engaged Premium Renovations for two, separate major projects. The first was a complete basement renovation which also included the addition of a new powder room. We were so pleased with those results, and our dealings with Dave Blunt and his Team, that we had no hesitation in asking Premium Renovations to handle a second project consisting of the extensive renovation of both the main and upper floors. This last endeavor alone was a 6-month project, which involved completely gutting the remainder of an aging house in order to transform the property into a virtually new, functional, contemporary, modern, open-concept home. Dave Blunt is truly one of the most honest guys when it comes to home building and renovations. He delivered on the agreed upon scope of the projects, and within the contracted budgets, finishing his work, “on time”, as we had to vacate the premises, and live elsewhere, whilst our home was being so renovated. There were no surprises!! Dave is also gifted in that he fulfilled our vision for our home, suggesting and recommending further, practical ideas, plus he demonstrated adeptness in sourcing fantastic tradespeople and sub-contractors. We highly recommend Premium Renovation, and will definitely be using their services for yet another project within the very near future.

Premium Renovations was responsible for an extensive renovation of our entire home. The project was over a year long, and for the entire duration they were professional, reliable, courteous, and responsive to our concerns. The quality control was excellent, and the technical elements of our build were of a very high standard. After build completion, they have been in continual communication, and diligent in ensuring that we are satisfied with the work performed.
