For more than 30 years, Renae Keller has designed homes that tell the story of the people who live in them. What began in Minneapolis is now rooted in Charleston, with the studio serving clients throughout the Southeast, along the East Coast, and across the nation. RKID takes on a limited number of full-service projects each year — custom new construction, whole-home renovations, kitchens and primary suites, and second homes furnished from the ground up — each one led by Renae alongside the architects, builders, and craftspeople who bring a home to life. That scale is deliberate. It's what allows a home to be truly curated rather than assembled: sources vetted, pieces chosen for one particular house and one particular family, nothing repeated from the last project. The result is warm, collected, and built to last — rooms that feel gathered over time rather than ordered in a season. Whether it's a new build on the water, a full renovation, or a single room that has never quite worked, the goal is the same: a home that could belong to no one else. Full-service engagements are reserved for a small number of significant projects, and inquiries are reviewed personally. For smaller-scope work, the studio also offers tiered Guided Design Packages delivered in seven business days.
