Excellent builder - this is my second time to use them and there were a lot of changes on this major renovation during the build, but Robinson Builders always came through and best of all, he is honest and above board on all of it. Highly recommend!

Robinson Builders remolded my owners suite bathroom. This remodel was preformed while we lived in the house. Robinson Builders did a good job communicating with us though out the process. Rick and his subcontractors did good job keeping the project on schedule and moving towards completion. Again, I can not overstate how much we appropriated Robinson Builders, and Ricks oversight of the project. Rick was very involved through out the process and would typically meet the subs on site in the morning to go over the project for that day. Rich would also check the work either that afternoon or the next morning.

We used Rick Robinson for a major remodel of our 1950's kitchen and living room. We stayed in the home during construction and it was no problem. All his sub-contractors are reliable and do quality work. Rick stayed in constant communication with us. The end result is more beautiful than we could have imagined. I highly recommend Robinson Builders!

We could not be happier with the way Robinson Builders gave us a beautiful, new kitchen. The project ran smoothly, ahead of schedule and even a little under the budget we'd set for ourselves. From demo day until the final cleanup, every crew was scheduled smartly and did a first-rate job. Vendors provided excellent appliances, materials and finishes. We were kept apprised of what to expect, but we didn't have to get involved aside from raising the garage door every morning. Rick ran everything perfectly and was on site almost daily. I'd heard renovations were traumatic. This one certainly wasn't. It was a piece of cake. Can't wait to work with Richard Robinson Builders again.

We just moved into our house that Robinson Builders constructed in La Cantera. Not only is the quality of the material used top notch. The modern feel of the layout and attention to small details make the house not only functional but absolutely stunning. I do not have the words to capture how happy we are with our home, thanks to Rick and his team. I highly, and can't stress that word enough, highly recommend Robinson Builders.

Robinson Builders did a wonderful job on our remodel! All of their subs were very professional, and did quality work. Rick Robinson was very easy to work with, and was always responsive to us when we needed anything. We felt they were reasonably priced, and we got great value for the money we spent. Our project was completed on time.

My experience with Robinson Builders was wonderful. I gutted my current kitchen and added square footage along with a laundry room. Rick stayed perfectly on schedule and at the predicted budget and was able to come up with solutions for special requests. He is honest and provides high quality sub-contractors. I will definitely use Robinson Builders for my next project.

Commented: like the flooring, who is the manufacture?what type and what color?It is a number one red oak, 3-1/4” wide, 3/4” thick, sand and finished in place. It is not a premanufactured floor.
