Sam Rodell has been working with my husband and me for the past year on the design of our new passive home. Sam Rodell has provided design, drawings, details, and complete energy calculations for a new construction residence for our clients in Issaquah, WA. Architectural services. Sam provided blue print design for and architectural drawings for a 24,500 sf building expansion that replaces a 1914 building on our campus. Sam designed the building in a Passive House design that is beautiful and energy efficient.
