We have done a full kitchen remodel with Ryan in 2019 and two bathroom remodels this year ( 2023). He and his crew were great! Very responsive and easy to work with. The rooms are beautiful! Ryan made good suggestions, has excellent design sense snd is easy to reach. We will definitely use Ryan for any future remodeling we do.

If you're about to embark on a large-scale remodel, keep in mind you're going to be in contact with your contractor all the time -- like multiple times a day. We did a major remodel with Ryan and his team from July 2019-March 2020, and I can't imagine having someone more thorough, transparent, and easy to work with. We changed a few walls around -- added a 25-foot beam in the ceiling to open up the space and create a great room -- installed brand new HVAC -- put patio sliders in the bedroom -- did the kitchen top to bottom -- installed new hardwood floors throughout the house -- new lights, in-ceiling Sonos speakers -- new brick face on the fireplace and new gas insert -- new exterior siding -- basically, we have a brand new house. Ryan managed the project with great attention to detail and didn't let a thing slip through the cracks. For instance, he pointed out that on all the interior doors of the home, they'd once been painted with oil-based paint, and now only water-based is allowed by the code. He suggested we replace the doors, because repainting the doors, that paint will always peel because of the oil that was there. If we hadn't done this, we'd have this gorgeous new interior with peely doors. Ryan also, however, pointed out some areas where making a change would be costly and probably not improve the quality of life that much. He was HONEST - and just a nice person to be on the phone with 3x a day for many months! :-) Same goes for his crew. Highly recommend.

We hired Ryan's team for two projects on our property over the past two years and have nothing but good experience to share! Ryan Jurian was the contractor for our kitchen remodel. He was great! All the work was done on time and was if excellent quality. I give him my highest recommendation. His timelyness was especially appreciated since that is quite rare for a contractor. The job was complicated because the house is old and the kitchen had to be completely redone. Ryan and his subcontractors did a wonderful job and the kitchen is beautiful now.

Ryan is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most important (to me) is that he performs with integrity. I am also a contractor. Knowing what it would take to manage my project, I knew it was best to hire someone as I am too busy managing other peoples projects. Ryan was patient and worked through constructability concerns that I had and is always solution oriented. He has a good base of subcontractors that are reliable and do quality work. He is familiar with local building codes and has solid relationships with building inspectors. His is organized and sequences the work in an efficient well thought out manner. He was always available to answer questions and meet. His billings along with all the other paperwork was clear and concise. He always kept my best interest in mind. Navigating a home remodel and addition can be very daunting and often times quite stressful for the home owners. Not with Ryan and his ability to communicate and stay ahead of issues. He is frank while being professional. I was very proud of the end result and get compliments when ever someone enters my home. In the end i not only gained a great contractor who I will use again...but also a friend! I have and will continue to recommend him to others. Its just a matter of time before I take on other large projects and he will be the first guy I call. My project consisted of a full demo down to bare studs, complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing overhaul, addition of new Master suite and mudroom/laundry, added bathrooms, and high end finishes throughout. Ryan has completed 4 projects for our family in the last 4 years. Each time he has been on time, on budget (unless I add things -- ha!) and he is very open and honest the entire time.
