We hired this company to complete the final phase of our kitchen remodel, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We had already finished major portions ourselves — raising the roof, most drywall, electrical, pantry, and full design. Their scope included demolition, cabinetry, countertops, some drywall, painting, appliance installation, lighting, and plumbing. The project should have taken 4 months but took 7. The process was filled with delays, miscommunication, and significant mistakes. Many issues were left for us to fix — including plumbing, painting, and all floor leveling. Several tasks were done incorrectly or incompletely, and the lack of attention to detail was shocking considering we paid over $125,000 and still completed many items ourselves (flooring, crown molding, baseboards). We also had serious concerns about the crew’s skill level. The hood venting was attempted multiple times before we finally redid it ourselves in just a couple of hours. Even more concerning, their electrician redid electrical work we had already completed and cut through a major structural support beam in the process — something that never should have happened. Communication with the owner added even more stress. We often had to repeat conversations because he didn’t seem to take notes or retain details, and we were uncomfortable with how he treated his employees. If you plan to work with them, put everything in writing so it’s documented. We are fortunate that we have the skills to identify and fix many of these issues. Most homeowners hire professionals precisely because they cannot do that — and based on our experience, that puts people at real risk of costly, unsafe, or poorly executed work. This project required far more work and stress than we ever expected, and we were disappointed with the quality, the process, and the final result. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Ryan was always on top of things. The project moved along steadily without unexplainable delays. Great attention to detail. Very knowledgeable in his field and it resulted in a wonderful 4 season garage. The best contractor I have ever used.
